2. Hubbox


What’s to love: The American street food diner inspired by the eateries of New York first started life as a pop-up restaurant, serving food from a 30-foot shipping container. Now, the very trendy Hubbox has settled into a permanent venue in a converted chapel. Here, you can dine on heavenly gourmet Cornish beef burgers, hot dogs and beef brisket, all cooked in their very own smoker. And it’s not just great food; Hubbox also serves craft beer and cracking cocktails.
