"What a lovely cottage!"
This property is beautifully decorated and maintained, with everything you might need. It is in a perfect location on the outskirts of Matlock. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

"Beautiful accommodation, perfect location for exploring the Peak District with our 4 legged friend Beautifully renovated to a very high standard, with everything you could need for a home away from home."
Cosy living room with wood burner, spacious modern kitchen & bathroom, cosy bed with lots of bedroom storage space. Small secure outdoor area with loads of on street parking available & next to a lovely popular sandwich/cake shop. Lovely hosts & fabulous welcome pack. Perfect location, for local walks to Lumsdale Waterfall, Bentley Brook Brewery, The Gate Inn, Tansley (lovely food) & many more. Found loads to explore on our 5 night break, being on the edge of Matlock and close to Bakewell & Chatsworth. Will definately be back soon Theres a secondary school on the same road & school times are busy but causes no problems at all, would highly recommend.

"We had a delightful stay in a perfect location."
The property has been renovated to a high standard. A welcome pack was left, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Lumsdale Waterfall is a short walk away. Dogs loved it. Matlock and Matlock bath short drive away, with lots of restaurants and things to do. Easy to find; just look out for Annie's sandwich shop, which is next door.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re absolutely delighted that you enjoyed your stay and loved the cottage and its location. It’s especially wonderful to hear that you appreciated the welcome pack and that your dogs enjoyed the nearby walks too! We’ve put a lot of love and hard work into renovating the cottage, so it means a lot to us to hear that you enjoyed it. We hope to welcome you back to Lumsdale again in the future. Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Property Owner
