"Could have given us at least 2 dish washer tablets and more than just one bin liner."
With a family of 4 and 2 kids, 1 dish washer tablet and 1 bin liner doesn’t cut it.

"No welcome pack."
No scissors Fans required this type of weather Was on a nice site but not really a sea view Mixed feelings.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the site itself, although we appreciate that there were a few aspects of your accommodation that left you with mixed feelings. We have noted your comments regarding the lack of a welcome pack, the need for scissors and the suggestion of providing fans during periods of particularly warm weather. Your comments about the sea view have also been noted, as we appreciate that expectations can vary depending on the positioning of the accommodation. We value your feedback and will share these points with the relevant team as we continue to look at ways to improve the guest experience. The Riviera Bay Team Property Owner

"Stayed in one of their lovely large chalets for three nights very well laid out very well equipped and nice and clean."
Mattresses were a bit tough and a bit small and the chalets can get very hot in warm weather so would recommend the owners putting in fans for their customers or bring your own.excellent position close to Brixham only five minutes away and 20 minutes from Paignton zoo I used the gym and the swimming pool on site a couple of times which again seems fairly new and it’s also very nice would be nice though if the pool could open a bit earlier and close a bit later as it’s only 10 till five, but overall would highly recommend this as a holiday destination we will return many thanks to all the friendly staff.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay in one of our chalets and found it to be clean, well equipped, and spacious. It's also great to know you made the most of our on-site gym and swimming pool and enjoyed our convenient location for exploring Brixham, Paignton Zoo, and the surrounding area. Thank you for your constructive feedback regarding the mattresses, the temperature in the chalet during the warmer weather, and the swimming pool opening hours. We really appreciate you sharing your suggestions, and we'll certainly take them into consideration as we continue to improve our guests' experience. Most of all, we're pleased to hear that our friendly team helped make your stay enjoyable and that you would recommend us to others. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great holiday in the future. Kind regards, The Riviera Bay Team Property Owner

"A really lovely relaxing holiday, great location with wonderful views."
Well maintained. New pool area brilliant but would be better if it was open until at least 6pm/7pm so you could go for a swim and a drink after a day out. Spacious comfortable lodge with loads of storage. Only negative is there was hardly any kitchen equipment meaning you had to keep washing up instead of using dishwasher. We had family staying nearby and there wasn’t really enough plates etc to feed 8. Double the amount of crockery/ cups needed and a salad and fruit bowl etc.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed a relaxing holiday, appreciated the location and views, and found the lodge spacious and comfortable. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the new pool area and appreciate your suggestion regarding extending the opening hours — this is certainly something we will take into consideration. We’re sorry to hear that the kitchen equipment did not fully meet your needs. We have now reviewed and addressed this situation to help ensure better service and more suitable provisions for larger visiting groups in the future. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay. Kind regards, The Riviera Bay Team Property Owner

"A very comfortable and well equipped lodge on a well maintained park, with great sea views."
The park is only a short distance from the South West coast path, which makes for some lovely walks. It's about a 20 minute walk down into Brixham and if you need help getting back up the bus stops right by the site entrance.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear you found the lodge comfortable, well equipped, and enjoyed the sea views. It’s great to know you appreciated the park’s location for walks along the South West Coast Path, as well as the easy access into Brixham and convenient bus service back to the site. We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Kind regards The Riviera Bay Team Property Owner

"Lacked i.e tea towel, welcome pack which we are used to holidaying with Skye's, pint of milk on arrival, hover unusable due to being full and gave of horrid smell, filters where totally blocked, this showed when trying to hoover the carpets covered in hair."
Light required on steps to lodge outside as site extremely dark at this time of the Year. Shocked at Wi-Fi not being secure. Fabulous location & clean site.

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK.
