"This little getaway was lovely All we needed was supplied, little touches like fresh flowers from John's garden plus the welcoming bottle of wine."
John's was on hand if we needed anything (which we didn't) al was kept nicely. A short drive too local shop. My 2 dogs had a lovely time.

Beautiful location, cottage clean and well equipped. Dog friendly as described. Welcome pack was much appreciated, Handyman checked in with us and advised us on facilities for us and the dogs. We didn't see another soul all weekend so was a perfect stay for the dogs and us.

A welcome pack would be good and a guest book would be a good idea too we had a call from the owner before we left home and he greeted us on arrival very nice too also a freezer in the fridge would be good in this hot weather and the garden was secure our two dogs did,nt get out plenty of wildlife deer/fox/hares and rabbits and birds nice place to stay may well go again

It could do with a deep clean, but was fine . The garden is not secure and our dogs got out, but we had use of the 2 paddocks so very happy. The welcome box was much appreciated and we had a lovely stay, thank you.

The owner was absolutely lovely aswell and he was dog sitting for his daughter so we got a few visits from the friendly dog Stella which we both loved! The garden is nice and it was also nice to see the air crafts flying over from connisby There are a few negatives which I will name purely for improvement purposes to help the owner but I would still highly recommend this place The kettle really needs descaling The toaster could do with replacing due to it being abit broken inside. Also I think a bird may have got into the loft in the bathroom as it woke us up one of the nights. & the fridge could do with bit of a deep clean too. N the windows need a deep clean too. However it is still a lovely cottage and really good value for money .. also the sofa is super comfy & cosy too :) we would Definately love to stay here again. Thankyou.

"The cottage has everything you would need for a few days away."
It is lovely and quiet with a lovely outside area. The bed was very comfortable and the shower is brilliant. Everything was lovely and clean the owner is only next door if you need anything.

In a great place if you are visiting the air bases and the sights or the seeside . Even better if you want to see the planes taking off and landing at coningsby they go strike past the cottage.

Helpful and friendly owner. Property very clean but could do with some updating. Smart TV but no wi fi for general use and mobile signal patchy. Be handy to have a fridge with an ice box. Enjoyed our stay and plenty to see in area.

no emergency signs, fire extinguisher or blanket, no first aid kit. The cottage needs up dating and finishing off ie skirting board need attention. There’s no internet which needs to be said in the cottage information. There was also no information about local drs , vets, local eateries,owner’s details. The bins types were well catered for but no facilities for dog waste. It was lovely to see the planes taking off from raf conisby as we were on the flight path.
