"Beautiful, bright, comfortable accommodation within walking distance to the beach and the main high street."
The street was very quiet and peaceful.
Thank you Jack. This is great feedback. Much appreciated. Property Owner

"The accommodation had everything you needed for a short break."
The only problem was when you’re in the bedroom underneath the sitting room it is very noisy from above. You can hear every movement that people make. Anyone with mobility problems would find the stairs a problem. The view from the balcony is lovely and it is a very quiet location.
Thanks for your feedback. With the layout of the property over 3 storeys, it means the living area is over the ground floor bedroom. Having the open plan living space on the first floor offers a wonderful sea view. There is a rug in the lounge area to absorb as much sound as possible but unfortunately the kitchen/diner can’t be totally sound proofed. Property Owner

"220 Cae Du is perfectly located as a base to explore Abersoch’s beaches, shops and restaurants/bars."
Our first time staying in the village itself and definitely not the last. The house is excellent, the kitchen well kitted out and it was super clean too. Our only criticism would be that there isn’t really enough comfy seating in the sitting room when there are more than 5 people staying. For a place that sleeps 8 this could be a bit tricky, especially if the weather isn’t great and everyone wants to watch a film together. That said, the furniture is all comfortable and we had a brilliant time there. We’d be back next year if it wasn’t already booked for our week!
Thank you for great review. I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay in TyNi. We will take a view on the seating plan with the space we have. Property Owner

"We had a lovely stay at Cae Du."
Perfect location, easy walking distance to the centre of Abersoch and even closer to the local Spar, very useful. Loved the sea view from the balcony and it was so quiet on the estate despite it being busy. The house has a lovely sea themed decor throughout and the welcome package was a lovely touch. We will visit again.
Thank you for this lovely review. I am so pleased you enjoyed the house and your stay. Property Owner

"This is my second time staying at car du."
We all had a fantastic time. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay away. Absersoch is a lovely little village with an amazing beach. Lots of things to do with teenagers and young children. I will be back!!
Thank you Angela for another wonderful review. I am so pleased you enjoyed your second stay in the house. Property Owner

"We have just had an amazing week in this property."
Found the location ideal (10/15 min walk to the beach, 8 min walk to pubs and restaurants). The property itself is so spacious, has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be booking to stay here again.
I am so pleased you enjoyed your week in our property, TyNi. Thank you for this wonderful review. Property Owner

"Lovely house, just a short walk from town and gorgeous beaches."
The balcony was great to sit on in the afternoon, the living area was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We took our dog and the only down side was that the outside area wasn't secured so we had to have her on a lead. Otherwise we loved it and would highly recommend
Thank you for this great review. Unfortunately it is not possible to make the garden secure with the end terrace open aspect. Property Owner

"One of the bedroom doors did not shut and they need oiling."
No cushions for sofa on balcony Microwave high up in cupboard above my eye level so in my opinion not safe so high up needs moving lower Oven only cooks on top shelf The green chair only safe for a child as it’s damaged so adult can’t sit on safely Not enough space on sofa considering you can have 8 people staying The decor is lovely and fitting for the area, loved that there were plenty of fans in bedrooms Would like blackout blinds in double rooms as it’s to light in a morning
Thank you for your constructive feedback. We have acted upon some of your points. The microwave has been lowered. All doors have been changed to fire doors and close very well. The green chair has been replaced. Both downstairs bedrooms now have blinds and curtains. Please can I clarify that there are cushions for the balcony sofas in the cupboard which is mentioned in the file with all the house information along with the oven instructions. Property Owner

ABERSOCH
Pwllheli 6 miles.
The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
