"This tiny cottage was delightful, clean and in itself comes highly recommended for the able bodied, but the stairs are not suitable for anyone with mobility problems."
The parking is a nightmare here. Very narrow road, full of cars on either side and very difficult to access the only parking space for this property at the top of the road, which involves difficult manouvering by backing all the way up the road. A large SUV would be unlikely to get through with parked cars

"Lovely cottage very clean with everything you need."
Parking was interesting as got blocked in a couple of times so parked confront of cottage instead of at side. Very short walk to centre of town and quayside. Overall a relaxing holiday.

.Best one we have stayed at in conwy..parking a little tight but if you reverse in and don't have a big car you will be fine. Lovely little garden and as the castle walks were shut it was very private.. Top marks to the owner for a lovely clean property

"Unbeatable location, central but very quiet."
Parking can be a bit of an issue but fine if you communicate with neighbours, we were in a camper van and managed okay. Great cottage, cozy, bed very comfortable, shower and heating first class. Would highly recommend - Conwy lovely friendly place.

"What a cosy cottage for two."
Beautifully furnished with everything catered for. Spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Only a 5 minutes walk into the centre, the harbour and lovely walks. A lovely cottage to relax and brush the cobwebs off. We will definitely stay at Periwinkle cottage again.
Thanyou for your lovely feedback ,this is a new venture for me and I am so delighted that you enjoyed your stay Kind regards Lesley Property Owner

"What a beautiful little cottage."
We parted here for 5 nights, from the moment we entered the property it was just lovely. Everything you needed and more. The lounge/kitchen all furnished beautifully, well equipped kitchen. Lovely welcome gift. The bedroom spotlessly clean and comfy bed, bathroom again clean. Back yard is backed into Conwy castle wall and very quirky. We went while the wall was closed to public so nobody passed by as it looked closed off. Parking is at the side of the property while all the other residents park at the front, can be tight getting in and out but better if you reverse in as makes easier to get out. 2 minutes walk into Conwy. Perfect place. We will definitely be back.
Thank-you so much for your feedback .Im so pleased you enjoyed your stay .Conwy really is a magical little place Property Owner

"A lovely cottage right in the heart of Conwy so very convenient for the shops, bars, pubs and restaurants in the town as well as quick access to the main routes out to Llandudno, Rhos on Sea and then into Snowdonia."
Great to have a parking space as the street is narrow and when al the cottages are in use parking is an issue , parking in the space can be tricky if there are lots of cars and I would suggest you reverse in. If we has a moan it would be the heating downstairs which is under floor which we struggled to raise the temperature but the gas fire kicks out heat takes a little time to fire up - one guest has left a How to guide in the Guest Book- thanks to him. Would we book again Yes

"Lovely little house, spotlessly clean and perfect for two."
Nice welcome box with tea, coffee, milk, even some beautiful flowers and a bottle of wine! Goodies for the dog too. It's in a great location within the town walls, everything is a very short walk away. The patio outside is small but perfect if the sun is out, right under the town wall but that section is closed at the moment so didn't have people walking along above us. Kitchen had everything we needed, shower and bath perfect with very hot water. Heating is cosy, especially with the fire on. Think the spark is missing from it as wouldn't light so used a lighter, but only used it a couple of times. The parking space is a Godsend as there is little on street parking in Conwy. It's tight to get in and I found it best to reverse up into it. We did have one day where we came back and somebody had parked outside the cottage meaning I couldn't access the parking space at the side of the house. Couldn't find the owner so I parked in the nearby long stay in the park, free on weekdays and only a couple of minutes walk so no big drama. Car had gone next day and no more problems. Note there is no WiFi, not even a router for it. Didn't bother us at all. Channels all work fine on the big TV. Will definitely be booking again.
Apologies for ir the lack of wi fi bt were unable to fit a router until the 11th of November but it will be there next time !!! Kind regards Lesley ✨️ Property Owner

CONWY
Llandudno 5 miles; Betws-y-Coed 16 miles.
Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is without doubt world famous for its historical and architectural heritage, yet at the heart of the town lies a hub of bustling activity. Alongside its ancient festivals and fairs, musical recitals, galleries and historical attractions, there is an array of specialist shops, restaurants and hotels. Built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, Master James of St George's design, Conwy Castle remains one of the most outstanding achievements of medieval military architecture. The distinctive, elongated shape, with its two barbicans, eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall was perhaps determined by the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. The town is proud of its historic traditions and celebrates its past by retaining many of these in its annual festivals, events and fairs, including the Honey fair, Seed fair and Gwledd Conwy Feast in October, along with other musical events throughout the year. Conwy is the perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, or taking in the wonderful scenery on your doorstep. Also within reach are the Llechwedd Slate Caverns to enjoy
