"Lovely Lodge, everything you need for a week/weekend."
Park seems quite new, think it will be really lovely once trees have matured, will have a great forest vibe. Lots of walks to do from lodges, great for the dog. Bistro did good coffee and was well stocked if you had forgotten anything

"On arrival the lodge was immaculate, everything we could need was there and the little touches left out for us were lovely."
We could not fault the lodge or site at all. The one and only downside was that the lodge we were in was on the side of the road and a field where people would walk their dogs and when using the hot tub, everyone could see. An opaque glass on the decking railings would have made it a little more private.

"Beautiful site, especially if you have a dog."
The accommodation was faultless and the little touches with tea/coffee, bag of dog treats and toy and token for a free hot drink were lovely.

"Lovely location with plenty of walks in the forest , the lodge was spacious and the bedrooms were of high quality, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless."
The sofas in the lounge were very tired and uncomfortable, they really don’t match the rest of the lodge , they could do with an upgrade. The hot tub was nice but not as big and powerful as the previous lodge we stopped in which had the hot tub at the back, also it’s very overlooked but luckily the lodges near us were vacant. The kitchen was a little dirty inside the cupboards and the cutely needed washing before use. Overall had a good time and would definitely come back but would probably choose a different lodge to this one.
Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the beautiful forest setting, spacious lodge and comfortable bedrooms. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sofas, hot tub privacy and kitchen cleanliness, and we'll share your comments with the team. We're pleased you had a good stay overall and look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Property Owner
