"We had a great stay as a multigenerational group."
Excellent accommodation set up, well maintained, equipped and clean. Location is fantastic. Quite warm at night, was one fan in flat only. Pool hours are limited, just FYI, we didn't manage to use this facility at all. My only negative feedback is that every door is a very heavy sprung fire door (understandable) but quite challenging with little children who could not open doors on their own, or dangerous for little fingers as easily trapped in the process. We had to prop doors open with books to prioritise the safety of the little ones. Bring books or door stops!

"Marine court was absolutely amazing!"
6 of us stayed there and it was spacious, clean, modern and had all we needed. Two small issues for us overall, one is the fact that it is obviously the top floor, so you have the roof as the walls, so some of them are very low in places. You have to be aware, or you get a few bumps on your head here and there! But to be fair, it didn't bother us that much, It was only my 6 foot 1 height son who said it was a little frustrating in the kitchen! The other niggle was the window in the smallest bedroom needed a very good clean, as it couldn't be opened due to the build up of "fluff" etc on the outside. Plus condensation has gotten between the double glass, so that room was a little too warm, even with the fan provided. A quick clean of it would suffice to make it usable, which would be make the whole place outstanding. The pool was also an amazing extra. Not too deep, quiet, and the staff and the whole place are very safety conscious. You can use it from 9am till 3pm and it was empty when we went in the morning. The ladies in particular at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk, and the town of Littlehampton has lots to offer with shops etc. I have already reccomended this place to family, and will definitely be looking to book again in the future. The fact it is the firefighters charity too, just makes it extra special! Huge thank you from the whole family!

"We were really impressed with massive, Flat 35, a little bit tired but, we understand it's due for refurbishment."
The pool was lovely, so nice to have it to ourselves. All the staff were helpful, informative, polite and approachable. Big thanks to Fiona, Wendy and others. I'm reluctant to recommend in case it becomes too popular and we are unable to rebook. Beach five minutes walk, nearby harbour. A good base, near to Chichester, Portsmouth, Amberley, Brighton, Bognor and amazing scenery.

"Great accomodation in a quiet corner close to the town centre"

"We were very impressed with the size of the Flat and the location Paul"
-
"A spacious flat that is very tired in appearance and in need of a refresh and major update."
The kitchen units, work surfaces and bathroom are in need of replacement. There were no instructions about any of the appliances except for the microwave. The lounge was by far the best room in the flat with a new sofa, dining table and chairs. Due to the dormer windows, there were areas of restrictive headroom. Generally very disappointed as it was not what we expected. Well located for the town, shops and beach.

"Excellent accomodation and very helpful staff"

"A spacious flat literally 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins from town."
A great spot with plenty of parking and helpful staff! Option to access the pool, some of the gymn, the bar downstairs with quiz nights, and games cupboards, Brochure advertised a dvd player which wasn’t there but a very minor point. Visited nearby Arundel too which was amazing as well as Butlins at Bognor for a day, so a good base location too for nearby tourist attractions. We would definitely return!
