Want to enjoy an exceptional meal out in Fowey? Come to Appleton’s Bar & Restaurant. The eatery was founded in 2016 by Andy Appleton, a self-taught chef with over 10 years in the business!
There are two menus for you to choose from at the restaurant, the lunch menu and the main menu.
If you’re coming for lunch, you’ll be delighted by the variety of dishes on offer here! If you’re looking to enjoy something meaty, we recommend ordering the crispy ‘Nduja stuffed olives or the flat iron steak. Alternatively, go for a seafood dish, such as the Cornish speck, sage and anchovy or the olive oil poached cod.
There are a range of lunchtime desserts to tuck into at Appleton’s Bar & Restaurant. Amedei chocolate panna cotta, baked clotted cream cheesecake and lemon meringue Sgroppino are a few options.
Visiting for dinner? Begin your meal with one of the fabulous starters, such as the lobster ravioli, crispy polenta with pig cheek and the burrata.
When it comes to the main event, flat iron steak is also available for dinner. However, why not try the black truffle tagliatelle or the squid ink linguine too?
