Brennen and Brown
Brennen and Brown is a distillery in Cheltenham committed to reviving long-lost gin flavours and traditions.
Three rotary evaporator stills were constructed specifically for this purpose, and a group of committed distillers used them to resurrect long-forgotten flavours like cold-distilled ginger gin (which had been unavailable for almost a century) and produce their own unique distillates like cardamon and plum vodka.
Gin enthusiasts are welcome to the distillery to mix their own spirits there with the assistance of knowledgeable experts.
