Fowey Museum
Dating back to the 15th century the site of the Fowey Museum itself is steeped in history. The single-room museum is an Aladdin’s cave of historic treasures, packed from floor to ceiling with artefacts illustrating the rich and varied history of the harbour town.
Regular items on display include the cape worn by Garibaldi during his Italian campaign, historic boat building tools, and the contents of a medieval garde-robe.
