Situated on the promenade in Penzance, Fraser’s Fish and Chips serves up this classic dish in a sustainable way. All fish served here is responsibly sourced, utilising the skills of the Marine Stewardship Council and the advice of the Cornish Good Seafood Guide.
The fish isn’t the only locally sourced product on the menu, the potatoes are grown on local farms before being transported to Fraser’s to be turned into delicious chips. Customers can dine-in, collect or have their fish and chips delivered.
