Launceston Golf Club
Golf was first played on the site at Launceston in 1910 when local dignitaries laid out a short course on the land, this early course was on the western side of the current course.
After WWI in 1927, the club was established and over the years it has developed from a nine-hole course to the 18-hole course complete with clubhouse that can be seen today.
The bar area overlooks the 18th green and visitors can enjoy a variety of well-known beers, wines and spirits as well as meals throughout the day.
