All meat served here is sourced from local farms, and fish and seafood are sourced from the North Wales coast wherever possible. Other local produce includes free-range eggs from the nearby Ochr Cefn Isa Farm, Snowdonian cheeses, and specially-made bread from the Tandderwen / Scillicorns bakeries.
