Overbeck’s Garden

Overbeck’s Garden is the place to visit if you’re looking to really unwind amidst beautiful sights in Devon. The National Trust garden rests atop a cliff, enjoying panoramas of the Salcombe Estuary below.

The garden features plants from all over the world, from yucca blossoms and ginger lilies to banana plants and dahlias. Lots of seating areas, including a gazebo, can also be found; perfect for unwinding.

After exploring the pretty gardens, why not head to the conservatory? Here, a gramophone will take you back to the Victorian era with its timely tunes.

Alternatively, why not embark on the East Soar to Overbeck’s Garden walk? The trail will take you by a former RAF Bolt Head as well as offer amazing views over the South Hams coastline.

Once you’ve made the most of Overbeck’s Garden, be sure to stop at Gastrobox. This kiosk offers up tasty baguettes, pastries and ample sweet treats for you to savour!

Enjoy a gorgeous outing at Overbeck’s Garden…
