Traeth Benllech
Stretching for miles at low tide, Benllech Beach is a popular spot for families visiting Anglesey. Blue Flag beach is a great place for sandcastle building, windsurfing, swimming, sailing and sea fishing.
There is also an abundance of rock pools, teeming with crabs, starfish and small fish species.
It is disabled and pushchair access here, as well as roadside parking and toilet facilities. There’s also a café and beach shop.
Dogs are banned from the beach during the summer season.
