A spacious house located close to the coast near Spanish Point, in County Clare.

With plenty of room on offer, this property will make a fantastic base for large groups of friends and family to come and explore County Clare and beyond.

With Miltown Malbay and Spanish Point just a short way down the road you won’t be stuck if you need to grab something from the shop or to stop in for a pint with the locals.

The surrounding area offers a great escape from day to day life and lets you absorb the fresh sea air with long stretches of sandy beaches and places to visit, try your hand at sea angling or a spot of surfing in the Atlantic.

About the location

Spanish Point 2 miles; Lahinch 8 miles; Kilkee 21 miles.

The pretty town of Miltown Malbay is located close to the Atlantic coast in County Clare, and is only an hour from Shannon Airport. Famed for its traditional Irish music, it is home to the Willie Clancy music festival, which is held in July, however visitors will find fabulous live music in many pubs and bars whatever the time of year. Miltown Malbay is close to some excellent beach resorts, including Lahinch, Spanish Point and Doonbeg, all of which are well worth a visit for their relaxed vibe and great surf, not to mention their excellent golf courses. The Burren National Park to the north of the town is a mecca for walkers and nature lovers with its unique geological landscapes and rich colourful wildflowers. Also to the north you will find the striking Cliffs of Moher, which rise majestically out of the ocean and are best appreciated from one of many boat trips departing nearby.
