13 Hope Road is a three-storey, terraced cottage situated in Edale, Derbyshire.

The property has breath-taking views over the rolling hills of the Great Ridge and Kinder Scout, especially from your bedroom windows.

Right on your doorstep is Kinder Scout, a moorland and National nature reserve and boasts unforgettable views, as well as a waterfall.

It is a walker's paradise, with some of the most challenging but rewarding walking opportunities.

Once you reach the top, you'll never want to leave this picturesque setting.

The pretty High Peak village of Edale nestles at the foot of Kinder Scout, within the Peak District National Park. The village has two pubs - both serving food - a village Post Office/general store, a Moorland Visitors Centre and (close by) a railway station. Edale is the start of the famous Pennine Way and all around is excellent walking for all abilities! Nearby is the popular village of Castleton with its Blue John Caves. The spa town of Buxton, with its many amenities, is within easy reach.
