So quiet and the garden was very relaxing. The neighbours are lovely, we would definitely stay again.

The property

Bosherston 3 miles.

Tucked away in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by natural woodland, Inglenook is one of a small group of privately owned residences accessed by their own tarmac lane.

The cottage and its location is ideal for walkers, climbers and surfing enthusiasts as well as families seeking to explore the wonderful beaches and the many visitor attractions in this stunningly beautiful corner of the UK.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a large sitting/ dining room, fabulous inglenook fireplace and a high beamed ceiling.

Perfect for a relaxing evening after an action-packed day.

For warmer evenings double french doors open on to a large patio.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to rustle up an evening meal (or even serve up that takeaway or fish and chips) with a wide glazed door also leading out on to the patio and large garden.

The perfect place for a barbecue with a glass of wine, listening to the song of woodland birds.

Upstairs the two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are welcoming and comfortable...

and very quiet, ensuring a restful sleep after a long and busy day.

You may hear the occasional hooting of an owl and if you look out through the curtains, the lack of light pollution on a clear night, provides the perfect conditions to see a blanket of stars.

You will find local pubs, shops and amenities in the nearby historic town of Pembroke, the birthplace of Henry Tudor.

The imposing castle is well worth a visit.

A short drive will take you to some of the best beaches in the UK all of which are accessible from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which is a must for keen walkers.

Barafundle Bay is renowned for its beauty.

Take the path over the headland and reach the equally stunning Broadhaven South beach with its iconic Church Rock.

Further on Freshwater West is a favourite for surfers probably because of the mobile cafe, Cafe Mor, which serves stunning beach food throughout the main season.

Inglenook provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday or the perfect base from which to plan your walking or cycling itinerary.

PS The dog will love it!
