  • "Lovely property in quiet location with nice furniture and plenty of space."

Bed linen etc high standard and all very clean and comfortable The kitchen could do with a little more ceramic/Pyrex serving ware but we gather that sadly the property has been sold so will not be available for future rental.

Highly recommended. Steve and Lynn are very great hosts. Will definitely be returning again.

  • "On arrival, I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the property, I bring my own cleaning materials with on holiday as sometimes things get missed but not this time, so 10 out of 10 for the cleaner he/she done an amazing job absolutely spotless, especially as the property rents to dogs, no evidence or smell of that."

The property was great for us a four generational family and the downstairs en-suite was a bonus and the three toilets. The location was perfect and we will be booking the same property for next year.

  • "The listing should state that there is a downstairs bedroom and wet room."

Excellent facilities and location, we enjoyed our stay very much

  • "This was the 3rd year staying at Atlantic Breeze."

The house was beautiful and with new furniture which really smartened up the living room. Sadly the freezer drawer was still broken from last year so would have been awkward to actually use. The guest information is very out of date and still uses the Aspects branding and folder and even the Aspects house sign. We would have booked for another summer next year but sadly the massive increase in price has made us book elsewhere and return to Aspects.

  • "Holiday cottage was excellent , loads of space with even 6 of us there , plenty of crockery and equipment , lovely big garden."

We were lucky with the weather loads to see and do in that area even travelled to lands end was worth a visit , beaches are fantastic. The downside to it was lack of basics , like 1 toilet roll in each toilet , 2 dishwasher tabs , 1 black bin liner , no cleaning products I would expect for the price it cost to stay there .The sofa cushions were quite past it and also the mattress on the kingsize bed had 2 mattress toppers on so that says it all.... plus we added 1. Also the varnish on the worktops were still tacky all week so made unusable.

  • "The house was immaculate when we arrived & the little welcome gifts were a sweet touch, everything was great."

It’s so quiet there, the birds sound like they have megaphones which was lovely to hear. They use the skate park until well after 9pm at present as it’s still so light, you can hear that sound in the front bedroom. My one comment (& this is only a personal opinion) a couple of bath sheets wouldn’t go amiss, both my sister & myself have really long hair & the towels were just too small to wrap it in. It wouldn’t put me off returning though.

The location was just beautiful and perfect for us to explore the immediate area. It was a shame to come home, We will be booking the same house next year.

Quiet area with great access to local beaches and also the park/skate park over the road - key for tennis courts can be accessed at the shop in the village. Fantastic communication and thoughtfulness from owners too. Definitely will be looking if it's available when back in the area.

  • "We loved our stay at Atlantic Breeze, it is spacious and had everything we needed."

It is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated throughout. It is nestled in a beautiful quaint little village of St Newlyn East with a lovely little pub ( The Pheasant Inn) and a lovely little shop just around the corner and everyone is so friendly. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this place is perfect but is only a few minutes drive to attractions. There are some beautiful beaches to visit and food to taste around Cornwall. Like a carvery at the The Pheasant Inn or fish n chips at Rick Steins restaurant. There is plenty to do and see for everyone, like beautiful long walks on the coastal paths, surfing at some of the most beautiful beaches or visiting the zoo. A visit to Screech Owl Sanctuary is a must, a great experience and Cornwall Gold where you can pick up some beautiful handmade jewellery and a glorious cream tea too. There are some amazing places to visit, St Ives, Falmouth, Newquay Lands End just to name a few. After a fun packed day, you can then return to Atlantic Breeze to relax in the garden with the Chiminea going and your favourite tipple or just curl up on the big sumptuous sofa and watch tv. Wake up all refreshed for another fun packed day to begin. Definitely coming back to Cornwall and definitely coming back to Atlantic Breeze. A fabulous holiday destination for all.

  • "Atlantic breeze was an absolutely perfect base for the 6 of us to explore different parts of the beautiful Cornwall county."

(4 adults, one toddler and a cockapoo!) The village is lovely and quiet, with a pub, butchers, post office and little shop which also sells pasty’s! :) The house is fantastic, and very well equipped. The garden is completely enclosed which meant our pooch (and toddler) could run around freely together. So we spent our days exploring, and our evenings relaxing in the garden with a BBQ (sadly we found out there was no bbq provided, after previous guests ruining the last one, so we bought our own!) Perfect holiday cottage and would definitely return!

Our dog loved the enclosed garden. House very clean very comfy, did not want to leave. Lovely neighbour who gave us produce from his allotment. Very quiet village. Short drive to Holywel Bay, Crantock, Newquay and Perranporth, all fabulous dog friendly beaches. Loved this house and its location so much we have already booked for September.
