Proudly located on the harbourside in Weymouth, The Beach House is a spacious five storey home.

The beautiful views from the front of the property reach across the harbour and out to sea, taking in everything from luxury yachts to fisherman's boats.

Beach House guests can look forward to relaxing in the lounge whilst taking in the panoramic views from the bay window, sleeping in the boutique style bedrooms and sipping a cool drink on the top balcony, high above the harbour as the sun sets.

Each of the five bedrooms is named after a local beach, with Lulworth being the master bedroom and boasting views from its bay window and Greenhill having its own balcony and wonderful harbour views.

The ground floor is dedicated to a games area, private parking and a small patio.

The first floor has a spacious sociable kitchen / diner with back balcony and a spacious front sitting room with bay window and views.

Weymouth's long and sandy beach is just a minute's stroll away and following the shoreline you can walk the entire beach front in around 40 minutes.

Strolling along the beach you'll find, fine golden sand perfect for castles and shallow waters perfect for dipping a toe or two.

The property is two minutes' walk from the vibrant Pavilion Theatre which hosts a great range of shows, musicals and events and is often the focal point for events in the area.

The town centre is just a few moments' walk away with a good selection of high street names, lanes with quirky boutiques as well as great dining choices, from cuisine gathered from around the world to traditional fish and chips.

The beach house is perfect for larger families looking for a luxurious holiday home with harbour views and private parking in Weymouth.

BREWERS QUAY HARBOUR

Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated at the heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. This area is now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant area where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.
