The property

Cleethorpes 3 miles.

A quaint and quirky painted beach chalet, situated in a conservation area on the Humberston Fitties Chalet Park, just a stone's throw from the beach and close to the traditional seaside resort of Cleethorpes.

Nestled behind the sand dunes, with direct access to long golden sands, it is the ideal spot for families to enjoy a traditional bucket and spade seaside holiday, or a quiet retreat for couples to get away from it all.

The open plan living area is warm and inviting, with a contemporary kitchen and wooden floor, along with a dining area to one end that can be curtained off.

Also in the living area is a cosy sitting area, where you can relax in the evenings, whilst sat around the electric woodburner-effect fire.

The bedrooms, although compact, are comfortable, with a modern family shower room to share.

Outside, the enclosed, wrap-around lawned garden provides a safe and peaceful spot to sit and relax in the sunshine and watch the children play.

A hop and a skip to the sand dunes bring you to the glorious golden beach, where you can go beachcombing, enjoy a paddle in the sea or build sandcastles with the children.

The vast RSPB Tetney Marshes Nature Reserve is close by, for long walks over coastal marshes under wide Lincolnshire skies, or head for nearby Pleasure Island Theme Park for a fun-filled activity day.

Cleethorpes is just a five minute drive away and offers plenty of amenities, including cafes, boutiques, cinema, fish and chips, seaside stalls, donkey rides and old fashioned amusements, as well as long promenades with ornamental gardens and a pier.

Take a trip to nearby Donna Nook seal sanctuary, or on a rainy day enjoy a visit to The Deep Aquarium in Hull.

For a memorable family seaside holiday, this lovely little chalet is just the ticket!
