Sykes Holiday Cottages Win a City Break to Chester Terms & Conditions

• These terms and conditions apply to the "Win a city break to Chester" competition ("The Competition") run by Sykes Holiday Cottages Ltd ("Sykes").
• The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Sykes Cottages Ltd, its holding companies and subsidiaries and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
  

Competition Entry

• Sykes reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time.
  
• To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 20:01 05/09/2022 and 23:59 03/10/2022.
  
• Entry to the competition may only be made through the applicable method(s) indicated in the competition information.
  
• The method of entry "Comment on our Win a city break to Chester competition" describes the action of commenting your answer on the "Sykes Holiday Cottages Win a City Break to Chester" reel on Instagram.
  
• The method of entry "Share our reel on your story" describes the action of sharing our reel on the entrants' Instagram Story.
  
• The method of entry "Like our reel" describes the action of liking our "Sykes Holiday Cottages Win a City Break to Chester Competition" reel.
  
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  

Prizes

• The Competition prize is £500 of holiday vouchers plus a £200 Artezzan food and drink voucher.
  
• The Competition opens at 20:01 05/09/2022 and closes at 23:59 03/10/2022.
  
• The winner will be selected at random and contacted on or before 14/10/2022. Winners must claim their prize within 3 working days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected.
  
• Sykes' decision on the winner is final.
  
• The winner must provide proof of identity upon request.
  
• Sykes is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a prize.
  
• Sykes will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.
  
• Sykes reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.
  
• The holiday vouchers are valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue. Any remaining balance on a gift voucher may no longer be used after the expiry of its validity period.
  
• The Artezzan food and drink voucher is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue. Any remaining balance on a gift voucher may no longer be used after the expiry of its validity period.
• The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.
  
• Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
