  • "On arrival found the caravan easy with the information sent, plenty of space outside for parking and sitting."

    Entering there was a bottle of wine packet of nibbles very nice thanks .We weren’t far away from the centre but far enough for a very peaceful time if you wanted. A short walk from a sea view and the walking trails. The caravan itself was very nice clean good space comfortable relaxing a lovely stay will definitely be coming again.

  • "We have just enjoyed a four night stay in this lovely caravan."

    On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of procesco and some nibbles. The caravan itself is lovely and spacious, complete with a full ensuite off the main bedroom. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. The location on the site is superb, with a sea view and a completely enclosed garden for our dog. There is a nice decking area with table and chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

  • "Had a lovely break at Kelling Heath, caravan was in a great location on site, secure grass area around caravan and both dogs with us were very secure, everything you would need was provided in caravan,, could have done with a fan to help with the heat but that’s an oversight on our behalf…."

    When arrived the caravan wasn't very clean at all there was alot of dog hairs on the living room carpet and on the sofa also was the same in the master bedroom on the carpet also it absolutely smelt awful of dog had to hoover through just after arriving also had to open all the windows and caravan door to try and get rid of the smell we definitely would not hire again

  • "What an amazingly comfortable Caravan!"

    The owner is incredibly friendly, very helpful and finding welcome gifts in the Caravan on arrival was an absolute bonus! Nothing has been too much trouble for these Owners, right down to supplying a sewing kit for just in case, several bottles of herbs. Treats and bowls for our dog. The bedding was of superior quality, something holidaylet owners so often skimp on, well these owners did not! The list of comfort items in this caravan is endless. The games, the books, the wonderfully clean and luxurious bathrooms. The pots of flowers, goodness so many things to make our stay comfortable and happy, the list is endless. This Caravan and its owners are simply amazing! We would stay in one of this family’s Caravans again, in a heartbeat!! And this one has a particularly stunning view!

    When arriving at the holiday home it was brilliant to see how big the plot was and all fenced off so our dog could really enjoy. The holiday home as so clean and tidy and upon arriving a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Ideal to sit and relax with. Thank you so much. There is so much to do at Kelling and lots of awesome places to walk around. A definite must for anyone. We hope to return next year. Thank you for all your help.

  • "Kelling Heath is just about our favourite spot anywhere."

    And Life's a Beach's location is perfect, right at the front of the park, overlooking the heath, the steam railway and in the distance the sea. There is nothing to spoil the view. The unit itself is everything we want, clean, comfortable, cosy with its own parking space, gate and totally fenced in for our dogs to enjoy. Two bathrooms, two TVs (one in the main bedroom) make this a his'n'her dream. I thoroughly enjoyed rather a special birtrhday here with many thanks to the owners for the treats, card and a bottle of plonk. Wonderful stay.

    It’s the little touches that make it special, and the Prosecco in the fridge was one of them. Fantastic sea view and the enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely return for another break.

  • "It was a delight to be back at 63a on Kelling Heath."

    The van had been very well cleaned and the facilities were as before, if not better in most cases. One recommendation I would make would be for the cooking utilities to be reviewed. There are 4 small pans but none have lids. There are 2 large lids but no pans. The frying pans are very flimsy and not safe to use.

  • "Right from our initial enquiry the owners were extremely helpful and answered all our questions immediately."

    When we arrived the caravan was immaculate and very well equipped. We were so surprised to receive a welcome card and gift, and a bottle of bubbly was sat chilling in the fridge. The caravan was spacious with great facilities - truly a home-from-home. We have a large dog and he loved his stay too; the owners supplied dog treats, a fleece throw, towels, toys, bowl and water container (though we did bring all our own doggy care items) - this attention to detail demonstrates that they truly do make dogs very welcome. The secure decking area and fenced garden was fabulous, giving us that reassurance that our dog couldn't 'escape', though being very responsible owners we didn't let him in the garden on his own in case he jumped the fence (our dog is very big)! I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The property

Life’s A Beach is a family run 2 bedroom, 6 berth ABI Ambleside static caravan, situated in the heart of Kelling Heath (Norfolk) surrounded by the historical Kelling Heath forest.

This family and pet friendly caravan is situated near the Viewpoint on the award-winning Kelling Heath site, only a 5 minute walk to the incredible indoor and outdoor facilities such as an outstanding health and fitness club, onsite shop, entertainment to fit all tastes and many activities for all the family to get involved in.

The caravan, enjoys a fabulous sea view and its spacious and fenced off plot allows for family fun activities or even a BBQ on a hot summer's evening, but if cooking doesn’t appeal, the onsite bars and restaurants will suit you! Life’s A Beach has a homely feel to it with facilities inside the caravan which include: master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full ensuite facility; a further bedroom with twin single beds; main bathroom including a shower, sink and WC; washing machine; TV; DVD player; central heating; electric fire; ample parking and much more. There is an option to hire linen when you book which comprises duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets, towels, flannels and tea towels.

If you choose to bring your own linen etc.

we still provide duvets and pillows for all beds with mattress and pillow protectors. The eco-friendly park is set in 300 acres of woodland and heathland in an area of outstanding beauty, with the North Norfolk heritage railway having its own stop on site which will take you to the Victorian town of Holt, and the beautiful seaside resort Sheringham.

With the nearest beach at Weybourne being only 2 miles away and with its own station, you and the family can enjoy both beach and nature days.

WEYBOURNE

Sheringham 3.2 miles; Holt 4 miles; Cromer 7.4 miles.

Weybourne is a beautiful fishing village located on the coast road between Sheringham and Holt, near Cromer. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the village is surrounded by arable fields, woodland and heathland, making it excellent for walking both coastal routes and in the countryside. There is also excellent road cycling along the coastal roads, as well as sea fishing, river trips to see the seals, a championship golf course and many other things to do locally. Weybourne sits centrally on the Sheringham-to-Holt Poppy Line, which is home to steam and vintage diesel trains and offers a ‘hop on hop off’ service between the towns throughout the summer. Visit Blue Flag beaches at Cromer and Sheringham, or go birdwatching at Blakeney and Wells.
