The property

The caravan boast a cosy open plan carpetted living area with a fireplace and flat Smart TV.

A dining area where you can have family meals and a kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, double gas ovens, microwave, toaster and a kettle.

Pots and cutleries are also provided.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 twin rooms and a master room).

The master room has a dressing table and en-suite toilet.

The caravan also has a modern shower and a toilet.

Beddings for all rooms are included.

The caravan is located a short distance from Snowdonia National Park, specifically within Aberdunant Hall Holiday Park which is a 17th-century holiday park set within 200 acres of woodland.

In this Park you will have access to free parking, on-site restaurant, bar, hotel, play area for kids and an entertainment terrace which boast panoramic views of the mountains and where you can order freshly baked pizza from the outdoor pizzaria to go or to eat at terrace.

On some Saturday evenings there is live music and general entertainment.

There is also a launderette and recycling facilities throughout the Park.

If you love the outdoors you will enjoy the Park and appreciate its surrounding woodsite views as there are many paths, walkways where you can enjoy running and children can safely play.

Local attractions include: Black Rock Sands Beach (Morfa Bychan), horse riding, Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways, Traeth Borth-Y-Gest beach, Black Rock Llamas, Aber Falls.

You can also enjoy canoeing, zip-wiring to name a few of the many attractions.

PORTHMADOG

Harlech 5 miles; Caernarfon 19 miles.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
