  Caravan was a suitable size with spacious family area, decking, and seating which looked onto the lake. Some of the appliances need updating but the owner kept in touch to check everything was ok and was always quick to reply.

  Thanks for your feedback Bethany appreciate your comments regarding appliances and will be in touch soon regarding appliances with a view to update where necessary- we look forward to your next visit that you booked while on this break Many thanks again The Sim family Update on appliances having checked all appliances they are in good condition and good working order - just a note that I have mentioned to you for your next upcoming booking in September when in a caravan there is not the power/ voltage as you would have at home therefore if you have a number of appliances running at the same time this can trip electric - There is always a spare kettle and toaster kept in the pan cupboard in case of emergencies however if this was an overload issue they obviously wouldn’t be of use .   Thank you for your feedback I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations especially as I take great pride in the cleanliness and presentation of the caravan something that is reflected in the many 5 star reviews I’ve received over the years ( never less than 5 stars ever ) . I do make it clear in the listing and pre arrival communication that linen is not provided and I always encourage guests to read full details before arrival . I understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive after a long journey and I did my best to offer a solution at the time I also called you mid stay to enquire if you did find the solution I suggested and if there was anything else you needed however you failed to answer my call so I texted you and you replied yes and ok . Regarding the cleanliness I was surprised by your comments as this is an area I am constantly praised for I wish I had been made aware of Your concerns at the time so I could have addressed them immediately. I appreciate that you mentioned the caravan itself was stunning and I will continue working hard to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.   . It was absolutely beautiful to sit on the decking and watch all the swans geese ducks and other wild life I just wanted to stay longer because it’s so beautiful. And Doreen is very helpful . And told us all the places we could visit. I really wish I could put a video on here. Because there was a swan flying across the water to make sure that his partner swan sitting on her eggs was safe . Absolutely fantastic. Thank you for a beautiful holiday. Annabell x

  Lots of room every where for a family . The outside space was great lots of seating, cushions and umbrellas which we never used but were all there if wished to even blankets . Amazing lake view with lots of wildlife swam, ducks ,close to all amenities and lovely walks plenty for the kids to do our children age 9 and 11 where out on their scooters it was so safe to play out we didn't want to leave after having a lovely holiday

  We had the most relaxing week staying here and the weather was kind to us too. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of tips on places to visit and eat. I would definitely recommend this caravan and would not hesitate to book again if we are ever in the area. Only one tiny criticism- It would be helpful to provide a map of the site in the caravan to help find your way around this large site.

  Great location . This is the first time I have used ukcaravans4hire and was impressed. The owner of the caravan was friendly and professional, Haven confirmed booking. Security at the entrance / exit gate do not give you a map of the caravan park , so download one from the internet before you arrive , there are sign posts and area is named and then posts with plot numbers . Caravan is well equipped ( Owner does not supply a hairdryer) The decking is larger than most and has lots of outdoor seating and good views . Inside it is very comfortable . Great value. Fantastic short stay.

  We would definitely recommend this caravan as its in an ideal location overlooking the small lake with all wildlife in abundance, swans, ducks, geese moorhens etc, all viewed from the spacious decking area to the front and side. Inside, the caravan is quite spacious with an L shaped sofa and single armchair for your comfort. The kitchen is very well equipped with full oven and microwave for your home cooking etc. this leads to the dining area with ample seating. Beds are very comfy with plenty of wardrobe space, which lead on to the shower room toilet areas. Room for 2 cars at rear of caravan with secure gate to keep your children , pets safe. The owner Doreen was very helpful with the booking and easy to contact. So in conclusion this caravan is excellent value for money.

  The caravan has a beautiful terraced deck which overlooks one of the lakes in a lovely quiet setting. The interior of the caravan was clean and spacious and had plenty of seating. I contacted the owner, Doreen, both before we arrived and during our stay and each time she was helpful and friendly. The caravan is a short walk from the main facilities and shop and is surrounded by nature, we had daily visits from ducks, moorhens and a swan family with cygnets. Highly recommended. The WiFi worked really well too, which was very important for us as we had teenagers with us!

  Spacious and set in great location, enclosed balcony ideal for younger kids. My wee ones first port of call each morning was feeding the duck swans etc from the balcony. Room were well kept, additional toilet as well as the bathroom. Kitchen packed with everything needed to make meals, built in fridge/freezer both large in size. Also has its own parking space and a short walk to all facilities. It was ideal for our family holiday, the owner went above and beyond throughout the booking process and during our stay. Highly recommend a stay here great value for money, great customer service.

  The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet area of the park frequented daily by the ducks/geese and swans. The caravan itself is comfortable, now with the added bonus of Wifi and Sky. Our two dogs were quick to make themselves at home! The park has seen many changes over the years and continues to grow. We were not there to participate in any of the activities or entertainment on the park so can't comment on what was on offer. Doreen goes out of her way to ensure everything runs smoothly from booking until departure. I would highly recommend booking this caravan. We will definitely be back.

  The caravan is in great location only 5mins walk from the complex. The caravan has everything in it that you need down to iron to dvd player with lots of dvds. You also have sky tv & internet. My favourite part of the caravan was the outdoor space - The decking was just the best right next to the water & with all the garden furniture. I had my breakfast out here every morning as the weather was great on our trip. Love watching all the birds - swans - geese & ducks. The decking was also great to chill at night time with all the little light around the pond. I would defiantly recommend this caravan & my mum is going to book again for next year. We also had great communication with the owner I will definitely be back. ????

  The caravan park is huge and Haven now allow guests to book activities online so you are no longer disadvantaged if booking privately rather than direct with Haven. The stables on site is fantastic and my partner and daughter even made use of the spa ???? Local area is awesome, really enjoyed Berwick and Alnwick. Caravan is lovely and is in such a prime spot, was lovely to sit on the decking by the lake in the evening. Would return in heartbeat thanks for everything Doreen you are fab!

  The caravan is in a great location with a lovely view of the water and all the geese and swans, it was perfect foe sitting out having a coffee while our daughter played on the grassy area infront. Thos would be beautiful on a summers evening with a glass of wine, so we might be back. The caravan itself was very modern inside and had everything we needed for our weeks stay.   The caravan is in a great spot close to the lake for our child to enjoy feeding the swans and a 5mins walk away form the complex for evening entertainment . Activities can be booked on site when you get there and they do keep some spaces available so I would suggest getting there 30mins earlier to do so . Doreen was only a phone call away if needed during the stay however everything was self explanatory .we will defiantly be back to this caravan ., the prices was good and ended up being cheaper doing it privately than booking through the camp site and just buying passes separately .   Communication was excellent in the lead up to our stay. Upon arrival we had access to the caravan from 2.30pm which allowed us to avoid the rush from Haven check-ins. The caravan was very modern, spacious and clean. There was ample space for two adults, two children (age 5 & 7) and a small dog (cocker spaniel) plus a bedroom to spare! The caravan is located in a beautiful and quiet area of the park on the edge of a small lake. Swans, geese and ducks were regular visitors to the large deck which the kids loved. The deck had comfortable furniture that allowed us to enjoy the unobstructed afternoon sun. The caravan is a short stroll (less than 5 mins) from the main facilities-excellent for younger kids. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this caravan and owner without hesitation. Thank you, Doreen!

  The caravan is situated in the quiet Lakefield area of Haggerston, a short walk to the main complex and overlooking a small lake with a beautiful view. My little boy absolutely loved to watch the ducks and swans on a morning. The caravan was immaculate on our arrival. Literally everything you need is on hand - microwave, toaster, kettle, iron etc. The beds are very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, powerful shower and spacious living area. Unfortunately we ran out of gas on our last day but this was resolved within half an hour of contacting Doreen the owner. The weather was very wet, windy and muddy but it really didn’t take away the fact we had an absolutely great weekend away in this lovely caravan. Thanks so much Doreen, we can’t wait to book up again for next year.

  We arrived just as work was finishing on site so while the amusements etc weren't as good the kids didnt mind one bit as there was plenty to do in and around the caravan. Our toddler and pup loved having free rein of the decking and watching the ducks and our older kids loved being out by the water and all the wildlife. Close enough to the main complex but so quiet and peaceful at night! We absolutely loved this stay and couldnt recommend the caravan or owner enough, customer service from start to finish was amazing! Cant wait to return ????

  Great caravan, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great part off the site, very peaceful with outside decking for sitting out onoverlooking the pond. Decking has lockable gate, so could leave dog out on the decking safely. Very dog and child friendly. Had a lovely break and would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend.

  I’m happy to say we had a great time in this lovely holiday home, which is in a really peaceful location facing the lake. We loved the fact our dog was able to stay and she loved lying on the terrace watching the ducks in the morning. Doreen was really friendly, helpful and replied to any emails or texts quickly which is always a bonus. We’ll definitely stay again.

  The caravan is spotless and is a lovely layout, feels like a home from home. The location is perfect - my kids can play outside and safely walk to all the activities but it is set back enough that the location feels very peaceful. I love the wrap round decking letting us open up the doors and see the lake and allowing our dog to lay outside but safe within the decking fence. Doreen calls to make sure everything is ok and is only a phone call away. Her friends on site topped up our gas bottle without us even having to ask! I wouldn’t book anywhere else at haggerston. Love this caravan and the family time we have here.

  its also just a short walk to the entertainment complex.everything you need is supplied in the caravan.when we arrived the caravan was spotless. the decking is great with plenty of seating and is fully enclosed so our dog can roam freely without being able to get out. you can sit and watch all the wildlife on the lake. there is a tv in the lounge and master bedroom with lots of freesat channels.the kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer and cooker with plenty of cutlery and plates. first class caravan and will return here for future holidays.
