  • "An absolutely gorgeous house 2 miles from Llangefni and 20 minutes from superb beaches."

House comprises 2 large sitting rooms, a farmhouse kitchen and 3 large bedrooms. Peace and quiet guaranteed. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from it all. We will definitely be back.

  • "We had a super time in Cae Glas."

The property was very comfortable, with plenty of space for us all, inside and out, including a games room. The dining kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed; especially useful was the Stanley range, which dried washing and warmed the room on cooler days. Everywhere was immaculate and furnishings and linen were of a high quality. We appreciated the refreshments left for our arrival. Our only regret was the 'creaky' upstairs floor!

  • "We had the best holiday ever in this gorgeous cottage."

We have been in many other holiday places, this cottage by far was the best. I recommend you to not hesitate in booking this place, it will be a great opportunity. The surrounding area was great, 5 min away there is three big markets like Asda and Lidl. The location is beautiful and peaceful, except a couple of hours loud aircraft noise. The cottage owners Elena and Gareth are the best. They are very welcoming and generous people. They made our stay experience even more beautiful. Will visit again for sure.

  • "The location of the cottage and surrounding views were excellent."

.the old fashioned furniture and ornaments added to the character of the cottage..it was very comfortable, large with 2 big rooms downstairs and 3 good size bedrooms upstairs, we have stayed in a lot of Anglesey cottages, one was damp, one smelt of dogs, one was absolutely beautiful and the owners left cake, but the parking and views were not as good as this one...we would definitely come back

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at Cae Glas."

The house was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the outside space with the garden extending around the house. Playing table tennis in the games room was also good fun. We were very fortunate to have fantastic weather during our stay so spent a lot of time at the beach. The central location of Cae Glas meant that it didn't take long to get to different beaches and the the nearby town of Llangefni had a good fish and chip shop and supermarket for picnic supplies. We loved visiting Anglesey and hope to return soon.

  • "A great centrally located place to stay."

All the facilities we needed. Spacious house. Outside eating space in the garden. Lovely. Upstairs was extremely hot, particularly the bathroom which had no openable window. Also tog 13.5 duvet on the bed during summer is way too much. Very creaky flooring upstairs.

  • "Cae Glas is a lovely traditional cottage."

It is very clean, spacious and is well equipped. The games room in the garage was a great addition. The location is fairly central so only a short drive to anywhere on the island. Gareth and Elena were excellent hosts who were on hand if needed, we would definitely consider booking this cottage again.

  • "Cae Glas is truly a hidden gem."

We have stayed at quite a number of holiday cottages over the years and we can honestly say this is the best, both value for money and what was provided. The cottage is so large with beautifully maintained gardens and has the added bonus of a games room (table tennis, darts) in their double garage. Elena & Gareth made sure we had everything we needed (tea, milk etc) and the Welsh cakes were a lovely touch. Cae Glas is also perfectly located in the middle of Anglesey meaning that you were never more than 15-20 minutes from any of the sights. It is also a a five minute drive to Llangefni which has a selection of supermarkets (Asda, Adli, Lindl) and many other shops, despite having the look and feel of a village. We only visited a selection of places we wanted to go to because the cottage was so cosy so will return and, if Elena & Gareth will let us, would love to book Cae Glas again. Five stars from us.

The entrance next to the utility room, where all the coats could be hung and plenty of room for shoes. We all had a lot of fun playing darts in the garage. It had the advantage of two sitting rooms downstairs.
