"Location is beautiful however the view was spoilt from the decking as the bushes were overgrown."
The bathrooms need some TLC as sealant was black not pleasing to the eye . Cobwebs and dead flies in the conservatory on arrival windows were dirty.
Overall needs attention as the property is in a lovely setting .

"Excellent location with beautiful views."
Comfortable, well equipped cottage and modern annexe. The garden area was ideal for our dog and provided plenty of seating to enjoy the views.
The low score for the listing of the property was because we were disappointed that the Farm Shop on the estate that we had hoped to use is now closed and apparently has been for some time.

"Wonderful holiday, the perfect location and the scenery is amazing."
A great place to stay . We did struggle to find it and asked the farmer on the next farm for directions. Isolated, but loved this and not complaining at all . Would definitely come back.

"What a little gem!"
Situated in a very quiet, remote spot this little cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Great views and walks, close to a lovely beach and lots of wildlife to see. It was clean and surprisingly comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back!

"A comfortable and well equipped cottage, certainly off the beaten track for anyone wanting to get away from it all."
Stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. A short walk down the lane takes you to a beautiful bay and there are numerous walks not far away. We would certainly visit again.

"We absolutely loved this cottage."
It was exceptionally clean and cosy. The WiFi was much better than expected from the property listing and the beds were bigger too. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was a relief to find a decent sized freezer also. The separate Master Suite was fantastic and the whole cottage had high quality bedding and furniture. The balcony was brilliant but we only made it out there twice as our week had the unwelcome visitors of Storms Dudley, Eunice and Franklin. Fortunately the cottage walls were thick so we felt very safe. The garden is beautiful and sunny and a great size. Our dogs loved it. The owners were lovely people and very helpful. We would definitely go back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The directional signs helped us and the online shop delivery driver find the cottage. The space in the cottage was great as we had some really stormy days. Would definitely stay again.

"Tymynydd Cottage is a wonderful cottage with views over the farmland and to the sea."
We stayed in the cottage for three weeks for a second time and it was superb.
We would like to tell, that the Manager and his wife were very kindly and helpful.
The only thing what we didn't like is the time to arrive (5.00 o'clock p.m.) and the time to leave in the morning (9.00 o'clock a.m.) It's too late, when you come from far away and it's too early, when you have so much time to drive to a ferry, which is going away in the evening. Corona isn't the reason, if you say this. It would be great, if you change this.

"We stayed here for 1 week."
I was so sad to leave. It’s such a beautiful place. The scenery is incredible. The home was just so lovely. We loved the beautiful rabbits that came into the garden every evening. Our dog loved sitting in the garden taking in the views. It was a gorgeous stay and just the break we needed. We don’t usually go back to the same place twice, however, both my partner and I agreed we will 100% be coming back to this place. Perfect.

"A fantastic place, beautiful views."
Very private and peaceful. The accommodation is excellent
Very clean and nicely furnished. It was ideal for us as we had our own space in the separate annexe but just steps away from the main house. Lovely sun deck and picnic area within the ample gardens which are a real sun trap. Could not fault it and will be hopefully returning again next year

"The cottage was in a lovely location with a great view of the sea and countryside."
The garden was a good size and provided a great area for playing and relaxing. The cottage was comfortable and larger than we expected. The conservatory with the dining area was an added bonus for room and views. The annex was a lovely space and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and had everything required for a holiday stay
The beaches at Silver Bay and Rhoscolyn were within a walking distance as was the White Eagle Pub
We would recommend this cottage as a great place to stay and will hopefully be back in the future

"The cottage was just as advertised in a lovely location and well-equipped."
It was clean and we would certainly recommend it.
On the downside, the seats in the conservatory/dining room were not very comfortable.
We would have liked clearer instructions about how to operate the equipment such as the cooker and microwave (not all the manufacturers' booklets were in the main 'equipment' file and, the ones that were, were not easy to follow).
We would have liked a simple map of the surrounding estate showing paths and tracks we could use for local walks, particularly the way down to the beach and the coastal path.

"The cottage was very nice and in an excellent location."
Having two buildings was great and gave both my Mother and I our "own space"
I should point out that the approach to the cottage includes steps which may be awkward for a disabled person.

"The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable and there were thoughtful items such as dishwasher tablets and pump soap."
However there were a lot of cobwebs in the cottage, the shaver plug and light in the cottage bathroom didn't work and there was a lot of damp in this bathroom.
Some information about local amenities would be a good idea as the cottage was very remote, such as surrounding walks.

"The cottage was amazing we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay."
It was lovely and cosy and really clean. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars was the hot water was really dangerous and meant that my partner burnt her leg on the hot water tap and we couldn't leave the children to have a shower on there own but apart from that the place was great.

"Very clean and welcoming."
A lovely cottage in a quiet, out of the way situation. Two reasons why it didn't reach 5 stars; some people might find the noise of the jets from RAF Valley intrusive (we didn't, being used to this part of Anglesey) and the garden being totally unfenced. Having said that we loved it so much that we've booked it again.

"Well located property, beautiful views with peace and quiet but various issues need resolving."
No information package with any info re property, doctor, recycling etc. Most outside lighting not working so extremely dark walking to detached bedroom. Property was not cleaned well, cobwebs everywhere and bathroom fans very dirty and noisy. Cupboards containing food from previous lettings (how old?) One dining room chair needs repairing and one other chair loose (needs tightening with allen key). The hot water was scalding hot!!
All in all we loved the location and size of the property but some TLC is urgently needed to bring the property up to the standard as advertised.

"The cottage was great and the location brilliant."
The down side was that the second bedroom with the bunk beds was tiny and we found that there was nowhere to store the kids clothes. The lived directly out of their cases for a week. If you like hard beds, this is the place for you.

"Everything about the cottage was top notch."
The main building was full of charm and also contained everything you could need. The conservatory was particularly excellent and it was lovely to eat breakfast/dinner whilst looking out across the gorgeous countryside. The newer annex was extremely well furnished and the walk in shower a welcome treat after a day's walking. All in all it was an excellent stay, I would recommend to anyone.
