  • "This is the best cottage we have ever stayed in It was extremely comfortable and the views were to die for."

It was clean and had everything that you could possibly need. We went out to eat every night and The Tavern on the Bay at Redwharf Bay was superb. We even saw a seal in the bay right outside the window. Will definitely return. Absolutely fantastic cottage.

  • "Fantastic, quirky house with an amazing location."

Spent hours looking out of the windows. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would love to come back, didn’t want to leave. Could do with some curtains or blinds on more of the windows though.

  • "We absolutely loved staying at this cottage."

The location is spectacular. When the tide comes in, the house is surrounded on three sides by the sea. The weather was pretty awful when we were there but because of the views, it didn't matter and added to the adventure. We saw porpoise from the kitchen window, as well as all kinds of sea birds, and seals when we walked along the headland. The coastal path runs right by the cottage, with lovely walks. Our children loved the garden, and played on the swings and slide, and there are a range of family friendly activities and places to eat nearby. The house was clean, comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. The owner also got in touch to check we were ok. It's worth noting that there is a slope/uneven floor in part of the house which can be a little tricky for young children or those with mobility difficulties. A short handrail would help with this. We were a multi-generational family group, and while some of us really liked the quirkyness of the 'inside slope', my elderly parents were a bit nervous walking on it.

  • "A wonderful property, truly idyllic location and a great get-away."

The welcome basket was unexpected and a lovely touch, cosy living room for evening movie watching and amazing views from the kitchen/sitting area. We were so lucky to see dolphins and even a seal in the bay from the comfort of the sitting room and really hope to visit again next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

  • "Craig y wylan is a very special place."

It’s setting is stunning. We saw dolphins from the kitchen window every day. Seals popped up too very close to the house. The easy access down to the water was super, especially for my boys. They went out on their paddle boards, fished, crabbed and rock pooled right by the house. The headland is spectacular to walk. We loved this holiday so much!
