  • "Great location for exploring area."

Close enough to walk into Caernarvon lots of shops and pubs. Cottage is cosy and well equipped so you can self cater. Owner was quick to get the boiler fixed while we were there and he was generous with the welcome pack.

  • "Exactly what we wanted out of a holiday cottage- a perfect blend of the historical building with modern fittings and furniture, and centrally placed for walks and museums in the general area."

Bit of a slog back up the hill after a day in Caernarfon, but compensated for by the view from Twthill- if you don't want hills, don't go to North Wales!

  • "Llety Bach is a beautiful cottage."

It was was lovely and clean and had a home from home feel and everything was there that you needed. The welcome pack was a great and very thoughtful. Caernarfon is a really nice place with the castle and lots of little independent shops and restaurants. We also visited lots of different places around the coast during the week we stayed and most were only a 30 minute drive from the cottage. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you Sharon for the great review. You were perfect guests, you left the cottage spotlessly clean. Property Owner

  • "Very friendly and considerate owner, left us cakes, milk and cider!"

Property is small but we'll furnished and clean. Location is a short walk from the town centre and although parking was on street we never struggled to find a space. Strangely didn't realise there was a back patio as the top of the stairs leading to the back of the property was blocked by logs, bins etc but that was probably more about us!

  • "I have loved my mini break at Llety Bach."

As soon as I walked in I felt like I was being embraced in a warm hug. The cottage is really cosy with lovely decor. The kitchen is great and really well equipped. I just want to thank Dave the owner, he was so helpful and approachable. When we went into the kitchen there was Welsh Cider and Welsh cakes with butter left for us. There was also a really sweet welcome letter too. The bed was really comfy and I the whole weekend was magical. The cottage is set in a great location as there are plenty of beautiful places to see near it. The value was exceptional too. It was also spotless and really clean. Everything was perfect, thank you Dave.

Thank you Debbie, I really appreciate the amazing feedback. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back to Llety Bach. Property Owner

  • "This is a lovely little cottage that provided everything we needed."

Our host gave us a warm personal welcome we loved very much. The cottage is located close to the center of Caernarfon and a lot of places can be reached on foot. The directions to the cottage were perfect we had no trouble finding it. The communication with the host leading up to the trip was perfect. Sometimes we had a little difficulty to find a suitable parking spot for our car nearby. (We came up to Caernarfon with our electric car, we found a charging point at the Morrison car park to charge the car and was reachable on foot from the cottage. There is also an unattached parking lot close to the Morrison where currently are four more ev charging points under construction.)

Thank you Thomas, you were perfect guests and it would be a pleasure to welcome you back to Llety Bach in Caernarfon. Property Owner

  • "Lovely cottage."

Very clean with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and chairs. Central town location, but no noise disturbance at night, just 3 minutes walk from bus station with excellent links to all main tourist areas. Great location for walking coastal path. Parking wasn’t available in view of the cottage but it was easy and safe just round the corner.
