  • "Cannot miss this property as you arrive !"

Lovely little house on a quiet street with parking right outside the front door which was perfect for unloading our car. Lovely and clean with great views from the lounge.A really comfy bed and large space shower with plenty of hot water at all times The property is a great base for visiting many tourist attractions so was perfect for us and would highly recommend 5*

  • "Owner is lovely and is very helpful."

Property is great - the washing machine/dryer works very well, and the fridge has a large ice box. The bedroom is small but has a comfy bed and a hang rail for clothes, with a bedside table on each side. Upstairs living room is very cosy - the two one-seaters were great. I'd definitely stay here again.

  • "What a lovely property close to all amenities, benefitting from parking directly outside the property."

Great vista from the lounge window, very quiet neighbourhood. Hard copy of welcome pack available in the property.

  • "This is a quirky but delightful house within a couple of minutes walk of Caernarfon old town."

It was great to be able to park strainght outside the door. The bedroom is a little 'tight' getting around the bed but all adds to the charm. Lovely view of the river from the upstairs loungs little eagret and heron usually on display. Great selection of books for when the Welsh summer sun turns to liquid format. We had a great week in the property.

  • "Great location, minutes away from everything Caernarfon has to offer."

Clean and modern throughout. Everything we needed was there (including some great local coffee and beers in the fridge). Only downside was the street can be noisy at times, considering it is not a through road, only a minor niggle though. Would recommend as a great base to explore this part of Wales.

  • "Great place."

Great location. Great property. Great welcome. Well equipped - Everything you needed was there. Would have liked a bigger bedroom but it served its purpose. Great stay! Sykes team needed to release electronic book with wi- fi details etc earlier. We were there 2 days before we got the information.
