The property

Church Bay 2 miles.

A lovely, detached cottage, next to the owner's home, with dormer windows, easily accessed from the Anglesey coast road, in the hamlet of Llanrhyddlad, only two miles from the popular seaside village of Church Bay.

This delightful holiday cottage opens into a fitted kitchen with dining table, and an arch leads through to a cosy sitting room with wall-mounted TV and electric flame-effect fire.

There is an under-stairs storeroom housing the condenser dryer along with a small beer fridge and wine cooler that guests are sure to find useful!

Off the hallway is a comfortable and stylish ground floor double bedroom, and a family bathroom, ideal for any less mobile guests.

There are a further double and a twin bedroom on the first floor.

To the rear of the cottage, the enclosed decked patio with hot tub is bright and cheerful and overlooks grazing meadows.

This spot provides a superb sun trap for afternoon sunshine, and when the sun goes down then light up the BBQ and prepare the catch of the day for the family to enjoy alfresco around the outdoor table.

Easy access to Church Bay, with its famous fish restaurant, and the Anglesey Coastal Path can be enjoyed from this cottage, whilst slightly further afield you can reach Cemaes Bay and its sandy cove and harbour; less than 10 minutes’ drive.

With many walks and cycle routes from the doorstep, and so much to do close by, this stylish cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing break at any time of year.
