  • "Had lovely relaxing week in cottage."

Welcomed with cake milk and tea/ coffee which was nice touch after long drive. It is well equipped, very dog friendly and although we didn't take our dog with us you wouldn't know dogs were allowed in cottage! Only thing missing for us was another toilet, but we managed, and no dishwasher so that's only reason we gave facilities four stars, otherwise highly recommend.

Riahan and Steve were lovely and nothing too much trouble. Lovely area, lots of lovely places to visit , Church Bay nearby with the lobster pot restaurant there but make sure you book. Would recommend this cottage to anyone especially disabled, downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Mike and Sue

Sitting in the garden all you heard were birds singing. There was everything you needed at the cottage. We enjoyed the cake, milk and eggs that was left for us. Lots of walks only a few miles from the cottage which had stunning views. The dogs loved running around the garden. Very happy holiday makers. Thank you

The attention to detail over making the garden secure was really appreciated. Everything has been so thoughtfully provided throughout from kitchen extras to DVDs and much more. The cake and fresh eggs were incredible and a lovely surprise upon arrival! Seeing the calves just across the fence was a joy of the week too. Great location to explore the island, highly recommend it as perfect place for a relaxing break.

  • "We could not have had a more relaxing, stress free, peaceful, toasty warm & Super clean stay."

Rhian & family were on hand if needed, being very responsive to What's app messages. The added Extras were most welcome, Homemade Bake-off Standard cake, Fresh Farm Eggs, Local milk and not forgetting every conceivable kitchen implement you might need. I cooked a roast dinner. Never have I know such a well equipped kitchen- fresh clean tea towels, washing up liquid, laundry capsules, foil, even cake tins & lots more. But the Best thing for us, as a solo traveller with 2 Fur Babies, was the simplicity of the layout & the fully enclosed secure garden, with easy access through patio doors. I felt so very safe with the furs. We only used the ground floor- so we blocked off the Stairway- Rhian is looking into a stair Gate. The cleanliness was exemplary & Reassuring in this Covid World. Fresh, neutral decor. The Heating was adjustable to suit your own needs. The cottage was toasty warm. For the 1st time ever, I had no need for earrplugs! We enjoyed the open plan spacious living. The bathroom is large, shower has very good pressure, with oodles of hot water. Lots of very large Quality fluffy towels too. Our stay was simply wonderful, enhanced by the fact we were 3m from beautiful Church Bay, & Cemlyn Nature Reserve & Cemaes Bay. Pic postcard Moelfre was a little further on, with the Dog friendly Kimnel Arms. We bought fresh tasty milkshakes from the LLefrith Nant Dairy- Vending machines. The Gwesty Gadlys 4* was very welcoming with my dogs, and we had a Lovely Welsh burger. Both venues 4m up the road from Cottage. Nothing to dislike, maybe some might like a full Fridge/Freezer, but Rhian is happy for guests to use her Freezer. All in all a Lovely week recharging our batteries in a magical part of the World. Feeding the chickens and meeting the New Suffolk lamb, (1st on the farm), was a privelege. ThankYou.

  • "We have just spent another wonderful week at this beautiful cottage!"

Rhian and Stephen are lovely hosts who go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The cottage is lovely and warm, very clean, with a cosy sitting room, great TV choices including Netflix etc., and a larger than average kitchen with everything you could need and more! The garden is very large and gave our little dog a really good runabout. There are lovely touches such as a welcome cake, farm fresh eggs and fresh milk together with tea, coffee and sugar. All of which was really appreciated while we waited for our online shopping to arrive! The bedrooms are cosy and the furnishings are lovely. A lot of thought has gone into making this cottage very welcoming for guests and it feels like a home from home rather than just a standard holiday let. We will certainly be coming back and plan to do so at least once a year as we love it so much. Highly recommended and thanks again for a great stay. Marie and Ian O’Donnell and Vimto the dog!

  • "The cottage was well placed to travel around Anglesey."

The owners live next door so if any problems they would have been on hand. The enclosed garden was very large and good for anyone who has a dog as we do. The fresh eggs and cake we found on arrival was a very nice surprise. Just one note the main bedroom the mattress was very uncomfortable but then that could just be our taste in that department. Overall we would recommend this cottage to all.

  • "Nant Y Gof was the perfect cottage for a holiday."

The owners were hospitable, welcoming and kind, and provided cake, eggs and milk. The cottage was within the grounds of their farm but still felt private and was quiet and peaceful. Spacious and well equipped - there was a storage area with jigsaws, books, DVDs, sun loungers - all sorts of things. Large garden was brilliant for the dogs (could be accessed via patio doors from the lounge). Close to the A5025, so easy access to many stunning areas of the northern part of Anglesey. Can not fault this cottage.

  • "The location and serenity of the cottage was lovely, the cottage was very secure for our dog which was really good."

There was a welcome cake and milk which was a nice touch. However, some of the furnishings were not of a quality we expected for £819. The drawers and wardrobe in the bedroom, were made of a very basic product, the bed was also very basic and we could feel the springs through the bed. My husband decided to sleep in another bed to give me more room and comfort from the springs. We have had a lovely holiday in Anglesey and will certainly be back but not at this cottage.

Thank you for your feedback The pricing is done by Sykes themselves and therefore nothing to do with us Our furniture was bought new including the bed and mattress we went for a mid mattress as some people like it hard and others soft so we went half way . Your feedback has been noted thank you Rhian Property Owner

  • "A perfect base for visiting the island."

Lovely spacious cottage, well equipped and a large garden with lovely views of the cows who often came over for a nose and to say hello, despite me having 2 dogs who loved it too - plenty of space to run around in the secure garden. Rhian and Stephen introduced themselves and were happy to help with anything, but left me to do my thing and chill out, which is just what I wanted - a relaxing week. The wi-fi and TV coverage, although fast enough, is a bit hit and miss on occasion due to the nature and geographical location. It dropped out once a day, but it didn't bother me, but might if kids are staying. I'd recommend this lovely cottage to anyone, I'd return in a heart beat and book again when I next plan a trip to Anglesey.

It’s near to the coast, clean and was set up really well for our family. The big, spacious rooms were really comfortable. The wooden floors and wet room were ideal especially for when we were returning from the beach and wanted to get clean easily without tracking sand everywhere. The cottage felt light and airy and clean, and it was great that we could bring our dogs; they loved the huge back garden!
