Bright and blue, Ty Haf is a delightful cottage found on the coast of Anglesey on a row of other colourful cottages.
With a spacious downstairs communal space, it makes a fantastic property for a large family holiday or celebrating with old friends.
Particularly excellent in the summer months when you can gather around the chimenea and exchange old stories under the sunset whilst the dog naps in the conservatory; a perfect suntrap room for enjoying your morning coffee too!
The kitchen is a stylishly designed hub, using simplistic colours in contrast with a breath-taking glass splashback presenting an image of the sunset just like the one you can see outside the very property itself; gather in this room in the morning before heading into the bustling village of Rhosneigr for a fry up on the beach front.
For those more relaxed evenings, the sitting room offers ample seating for all the family, a brilliant place to enjoy board games in the winter whilst sitting among the woodburning stove in the fireplace, you’re likely to find the dog in this spot most evenings; and we don’t blame him either.
With two double bedrooms downstairs and a further two upstairs accompanied by a twin room, this captivating cottage features a variety of thoughtfully styled bedrooms to make your stay as comfortable as possible with a seaside theme running throughout to add to the pretty character of the property.
Once you’ve explored the eateries in the local area (we recommend the Oyster Catcher), immerse yourself in the local culture of Anglesey by taking a trip to Beaumaris Castle, a medieval stronghold featuring an old moat and hosting an array of activities and events throughout the year, or explore the farmer’s markets held every third Saturday of each month at Prince’s Pierl offering a varied selection of delicious produce.
Close to the golf club, ignite an old passion and enjoy a morning of sport amongst beautiful scenery before heading to the beach for a day of sun soaking and watersports.
For a day out with a difference, take a trip to Holy Island, a tidal island riddled with religious history, a castle, and a National Nature Reserve, it’s a true beauty well-worth observing.
Ty Haf is a wondrous cottage next to the beachfront of Anglesey, at the centre of the action, it makes a perfect base for exploring the south-west of Anglesey.
