"We stayed at 2 Mountain View for one week late March."
The cottage is the middle of three terraced cottages located centrally in Anglesey. The cottage was clean and fresh which met our needs completely. Everything is on one floor with an open plan design and is well equipped and comfortable. Being the middle cottage of three it was surprisingly peaceful with no discernible noise from tenants in the other cottages. There are three supermarkets a short drive down the road into the town and a number of dog friendly pubs within a few miles. Two lovely beaches are a short drive, Benllech and Red Wharf bay and Newborough a little further. Our hosts were available if needed and responsive to messages. Would happily stay again and can recommend.

"The cottage was lovely, spacious and well laid out, the owners provided us with a fantastic welcome pack, including a starter pack for the wood burner, which we used every night, making the cottage warm and cosy, owners were very welcoming, helpful and told us places where we could walk the dog the cottage had a good central heating system, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including a washing machine, bed was very comfortable, linen provided."

The only suggestion i would make to improve on would be to use pillowcase protectors on the pillows and use a plain white duvet protector to avoid stains etc, there were a couple of high up cob webs on the light fittings in the kitchen, which wasn't a problem as we understand when you are in the country you expect it. I would most deffinately return and recommend the cottage. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

"Fantastic holiday property, very clean and well equipped and central to visit all of Anglesey."
Super welcome pack which was very much appreciated.
The only issue we had was the boiler in the bedroom cupboard which came on during the night and was noisy .but in a small property there is limited choice of where to place it.
We would definitely book again as we enjoyed our Anglesey holiday.

It is very clean and comfortable and we received a lovely welcome pack which was very useful as we travel with our dog so don’t have much space left in the car for food. The location is so peaceful. The owners are very welcoming but not intrusive.

"Very nice and well kept cottage."
Everything you need for your stay including a welcome pack which was appreciated. The only thing missing was a hairdryer, fortunately we always take our own. The cottage itself is down a quiet road and perfectly placed within easy reach of most places on the island.

We especially liked the pillows. There was a great welcome pack with a bottle of Prosecco too. It’s a quiet area and only five minutes from the shops. The garden was enclosed which was great for our two dogs and there was a small grassed area for them too. It would also be nice in winter too with the log burner. I would highly recommend a stay.

The fridge and the boiler (housed in the main bedroom) made a noise as they came on and went off, which woke me up a few times the first night, but was not a problem after that.

"What a perfect peaceful place to stay, to explore the island."
We were cycling and walking the coastal path and everywhere was within a 20 minute (max) drive. Lovely hosts, Sion and Donna greeted us on arrival but were not intrusive. It was nice to know they were there if we needed local knowledge. Local Spa and pub is 5 min drive away. The flowers, Prosecco and welcome pack full of local produce was an added bonus. Thank you

The owners made us very welcome and provided us with a much appreciated welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs butter wine etc. The small courtyard was secure and ideal for our dog who loved it. Ample parking just outside the front door. Everything you could need inside the cottage and all quality fittings.

Beautiful cottage set in a quiet location, within easy reach of lots of amenities. Enclosed field along side cottages to allow your pet to enjoy safe freedom of the countryside. Cottage beautifully presented with a very generous hamper on arrival. Very pleasant owners live next door and are on hand for any issues. Ideal location to local shops in Llangefni, then nearby A55 giving you access to all the island has to offer. Can highly recommend and we will certainly be returning.

"This is a 5-star property, we were made welcome by the owners on arrival and a very generous welcome pack greeted us possibly the best we have ever had."
The fixtures and fittings were top quality and the cottage was warm and cozy the bed was very comfortable. Our cocker spaniel Maisie was also made very welcome.
All I can say is that you will not be disappointed with the perfect place to chill-lax and recharge your batteries we are planning our next visit.

I also made a suggestion that they could do with a little step stool in the kitchen so you could reach the top shelf of the cupboards & a full length mirror in the hall , other than that it was excellent. We only left a day early because of the weather & my Daughter had been rushed into hospital on the Wednesday

Cottage modernised to a very high standard and all the comforts required for a weeks holiday. A very generous Welcome pack was waiting from the owner along with fresh flowers in the lounge.
An enclosed garden for our dog Millie along with a larger open garden for her to run around.
Ideal location near Llangefni which has all the shops you may require for a self catering holiday. Very close to Red Wharf Bay which is one of the best dog friendly beaches on the island.
We’ve enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already booked a return visit.

We were given a tour of the cottage, which has everything you could possibly need, home from home! there was a super welcome surprise hamper awaiting us inside, which was a lovely gesture, gratefully received. They were so helpful in recommending various local area beaches, restaurants and places of interest to us which we found so very useful. Each cottage has its own parking space, and there’s a handy paddock for letting your dog have an exercise and sniff around, plus the kids have a handy area to have a kick around with their football. There’s free Wi-Fi, a smart tv, it’s own outside relaxing/sitting area. We have this cottage, (without hesitation) earmarked for another break next year! Thank’s to Sion and Donna who made it the perfect break for us.

The property was immaculate and felt like a home from home. Everything was perfect; location, cottage, comfortable bed, recliner sofa (super comfy after a day of exploring), fabulous outside furniture (swinging double chair and a large padded corner sofa), spotlessly clean and a lovely welcome pack of bread, butter, eggs, Starbucks coffee, tea, sugar, milk AND Prosecco!! Absolutely perfect for our Labrador dog, extremely spacious cottage, super safe for your furry family member and the added bonus of an enclosed grassy area for convenient doggie exercise within the grounds of the cottages. We were blown away and couldn't have wished for more. The hosts were so lovely, on hand if you needed them but respectful of your private holiday time. If you're going to the wonderful Isle of Anglesey, stay here.... you won't regret it. Thanks Donna and Sion, you'll definitely see us again ❤️

"Excellent location for all that Anglesey has to offer although you will need to use the car as there is nowhere within walking distance."
The property is first class and the owners (who live behind 2 Mountain View) are extremely friendly and helpful.
The property is well equipped and there are shopping facilities within a short car ride.
South Stack RSPB centre is about 30 minutes away, Newborough Beach about 20 and Red Wharf Bay is 11 minutes by car. Easy car drive to Beaumaris and Penmon Point.
