The property

Twyn Isaf is an impressive, newly built holiday home in the seaside village of Borth, Ceredigion, created with care to passive house standards and designed for family groups who want space, style, and a sense of togetherness.

Sleeping up to fourteen guests across three generous floors, this striking property is ideal for family gatherings, special celebrations, or friends coming together to enjoy the Welsh coast in comfort.

From the moment you arrive, Twyn Isaf feels made for sharing time together.

Enter through the porch into a bright, welcoming hallway.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautifully appointed king-size bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, alongside a super-king-size bedroom and a sleek family bathroom with both a bath and overhead shower.

The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen and dining area, where a Rangemaster cooker, breakfast bar, and not one but two dishwashers make catering for a crowd a pleasure rather than a chore.

Just off the hall, the snug offers a lovely retreat with a Smart TV and a selection of books and board games, ideal for quieter moments or winding down at the end of the day.

A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer adds further practicality.

Up on the first floor, the house really comes into its own.

The main sitting room opens onto a balcony, where far-reaching views stretch across Cardigan Bay, creating a wonderful backdrop for sunset drinks or peaceful mornings.

Two further king-size bedrooms are found on this level, one benefiting from its own en-suite, along with an additional contemporary bathroom.

The top floor loft room is a fun and flexible space, featuring four single beds and an en-suite WC, making it especially popular with younger guests or teenagers keen to have their own floor.

Outside, Twyn Isaf continues to impress.

A large lawned garden offers space for games and gatherings, while a dune-style sandpit adds a playful touch.

Outdoor dining areas, available from spring 2026, will provide the perfect setting for long lunches and evening meals in the fresh sea air.

Whether you’re sitting on the balcony watching the light change over the bay or enjoying time in the garden, there’s a real sense of calm and openness here.

With WiFi throughout, off-road parking for several cars, and thoughtful extras such as baby equipment, every detail has been considered to make your stay as easy as it is enjoyable.

Borth itself is a wonderful place to explore, with its sweeping beach and estuary ideal for walks, wildlife spotting, and time spent by the sea.

Aberystwyth offers a lively mix of attractions, from its Victorian promenade and cliff railway to the National Library of Wales.

Machynlleth is rich in character, known for its independent shops, market-town atmosphere, and access to beautiful walking routes, while Fairbourne tempts visitors with a wide sandy beach, a charming miniature railway, and coastal paths with spectacular views Twyn Isaf is more than just a place to stay; it’s a home designed for making memories, bringing people together, and experiencing the very best of West Wales in a setting that feels both special and welcoming.
