Before you even step inside, the experience begins: The Larch House shares a glorious sandy beach area and a two-metre deep freshwater plunge pool with its neighbour, inviting you to paddle, swim, or simply watch the sunlight ripple across the water.

The gentle sound of laughter and splashing sets the tone for days spent outdoors.

Inside, the single-storey layout flows seamlessly from one inviting space to the next.

The open-plan area is bright and spacious, with white countertops, black fixtures, and a breakfast bar with plush stools—ideal for a quick bite before heading out for the day.

The sitting area, is a harmonious space to unwind, with a TV for relaxed evenings and large windows framing the tranquil landscape.

There is a fold out futon for flexible sleeping options in sitting room.

The sleeping quarters consist of three beautifully decorated bedrooms: a king-size room with a stylish en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC; a double room with a plush ottoman bed and doors leading out to the fresh air; and a triple bunk room, ideal for children or additional guests.
