Providing a homely base for families and friends seeking the North Wales coast and the dramatic landscapes of Eryri National Park, offering an enclosed garden and off‑road parking, this welcoming dwelling presents a well‑placed setting between Abergele and Colwyn Bay.

Arriving at Pebbles Reach, you pull into the driveway beside a neat lawn that stretches across the front of the house, with a tidy pathway guiding you towards the entrance.

The elevated position high on the hillside gives you distant views across open fields towards the sea and the Little Orme, setting the tone for a retreat that feels peaceful and connected to its surroundings.

Step inside and you are welcomed into a traditional layout.

The sitting room offers natural touches, soft carpeting underfoot and comfortable sofas, with a light blue woodburning stove resting in its nook.

The outlook over the surrounding fields and the nearby children’s playground adds to the rural feel of the setting.

It is an inviting room to relax after days spent exploring the coast or countryside.

Move through to the kitchen where wooden fixtures support easy meal preparation.

From here, step into the dining room and conservatory style space, where wooden flooring, large windows and patio doors draw in plenty of daylight.

This area opens directly into a fully enclosed terraced garden that offers a sunny seating area and space to unwind.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are carpeted and dressed in nautical tones that echo the coastal surroundings.

The double bedroom enjoys distant sea views, making mornings feel fresh and uplifting, while the twin bedroom overlooks the pretty garden, offering a peaceful outlook for children or friends sharing.

The bathroom on this level offers a contemporary finish with a shower over the bath.

When you are ready to explore, a local shop is within easy reach, as is the village pub, and the nearest beach at Llanddulas lies just beyond the village, giving you quick access to shoreline walks and sea air.

A longer sandy stretch awaits at Porth Eirias in Colwyn Bay, offering options for relaxed days on the coast.

For wider adventures, Conwy Castle offers an inspiring visit with lofty medieval walls, far reaching estuary views and winding stone passages.

Escape to the coast with award‑winning dining just moments away at Bryn Williams Porth Eirias, the much‑loved beachfront restaurant by celebrity chef Bryn Williams.

After a day of exploring, enjoy the flavours of North Wales with a locally brewed pint from the renowned Conwy Brewery, celebrated for its craft ales and characterful Welsh brews.

The Great Orme above Llandudno provides a striking headland to explore, with cliff paths, wildlife and panoramic sea vistas.

Bodnant Garden delivers a change of pace through riverside glades, colourful seasonal borders and sweeping terraces that create a beautiful place to wander.
