Ideal for families or friends, this appealing house brings together a selection of thoughtful features, including an enclosed garden and off‑road parking, ensuring a relaxing break by the sea.

Parking the car at The Hideaway, you are welcomed by its appealing presence within Penrhyn Bay, where the coastline sits close enough to taste the salt in the air.

Stepping inside, you are naturally drawn towards the kitchen and dining space, a bright area with wooden flooring beneath your feet.

Here you can begin preparing meals, placing ingredients across the worktops while conversation flows around the table.

The doors open out towards the garden, allowing the sea air to drift through as you cook or linger over unhurried breakfasts.

Moving into the sitting room, soft carpeting provides a gentle contrast underfoot.

A wooden mantle rests above the gas fire, set into an exposed brick nook that instantly catches the eye.

This is where you can settle after time spent exploring the shoreline, letting the quiet flicker of the fire set the atmosphere as you relax into the evening.

Heading upstairs, three restful bedrooms await, all finished with carpeted flooring to create a warm sense of comfort.

You can unpack into the double room, settle children or friends into the twin, and use the single for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The family bathroom offers the choice of a long soak in the bath or an invigorating start beneath the walk‑in shower, with a basin, heated towel rail and WC completing the space.

A cloakroom with a basin and WC downstairs adds convenience throughout the day.

Beyond the living spaces, the enclosed rear garden offers a peaceful spot to enjoy fresh air, with the option to dine alfresco or fire up the barbecue as the day winds down.

A shop is within a gentle wander, a welcoming pub sits a pleasant distance further along, and the beach awaits just a short stroll away, making everyday necessities and coastal pleasures easy to reach.

Exploring the wider area brings you to places rich in character and scenery.

Llandudno is reachable within a comfortable drive, where you can walk along the elegant promenade, travel up the Great Orme for sweeping views of the coast and discover small cafés perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Conwy offers another captivating change of scene, inviting you to wander its impressive castle walls, watch the boats shift in the harbour and explore its independent shops filled with local craft.

Within the same easy reach, Eryri National Park reveals some of North Wales’s most inspiring landscapes, where winding trails lead through dramatic peaks, quiet lakes mirror the surrounding mountains and sheltered woodland paths offer moments of calm.

With its inviting layout, thoughtful touches and a location that blends coastal charm with natural beauty, The Hideaway provides an appealing base for memorable days along the North Wales coast.
