  • “Excellent property - very spacious and plenty of room for the six of us.”

Lovely welcome of complimentary tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine, non alcoholic fizz and flowers were very much appreciated and enjoyed by all. A very quiet location and a wonderful base to explore The Lizard peninsula. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

The property

This wonderful bungalow is situated in a quiet residential area in Mullion, five miles South of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain.

Comfortable and stylish, this retreat is well-suited for families and even features its own little snug with games and an Xbox, perfect for the children to enjoy some downtime.

The lounge is softly furnished with sumptous sofas, a dining table for six people, and natural lighting which pours in from the windows.

You can open up the patio doors and stroll outside to the delightful courtyard, a lovely spot to enjoy the morning sun away from it all.

Start your day in the contemporary kitchen, with a lovely country-cottage-feel and a breakfast table, you will look forward to a warm cup of tea here before adventuring into the village and beyond.

The twin bedrooms boast their own personality; each are presented in a serene fashion to create a calm sleeping environment for all guests.

Alternatively, choose the king-size double room, complimented by an en-suite, with all rooms benefitting from access to the quality family bathroom.

The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a working harbour.

Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west.

The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum.
