  • "Ty Metheven Great firm superking bed A very well equipped kitchen with lots of cups/plates etc and appreciated the tea/coffee/milk/biscuits."

The emergency lights that came on when you passed is a great idea and in general lots of lights...good at this time of the year. Very clean and good instructions of how things work. A previous comment about the parking my husband found reversing in the best way and appreciated the parking space right outside the property. We found with the wet room that the water didn't drain well and flooded the whole floor space and thought it was going to escape out of the door but that may be we are not used to wet rooms? The shower itself was lovely and hot powerful. A TV in the bedroom would be good? Overall very pleased and a good base for Looe/Penzance/St Ives and we enjoyed Healey's cyder farm in Truro with the best cream tea.

  • "The owners were very helpful."

Back garden is a lovely spot to sit, relax, read a book, and watch the birds. It is situated in an excellent position, close to downtown, train station , areas to take a walk.

  • "We had a lovely stay even though the weather was a bit damp."

The bed was comfortable and the place spacious. It was warm and Sara was more than helpful in finding us a lighter duvet, for which we were very grateful. I feel the drive is tricky and you have no option but to reverse either in or out, and therefore not for the nervous driver! I would also like to say that the TV is far to high for comfort, a lower cupboard to house it would have been better for our necks.

many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. we're always happy to reverse a guests car up or down the drive or we can move our car onto the road to give guests more room to manoeuvre. with respect to the TV we will look at rearranging the lounge to allow the tv to be wall mounted and therefore adjustable to suite all viewing preferences.
