Outside, the sunny, fully enclosed garden is a lovely spot to sit out with your morning coffee while the dogs potter safely around, or to enjoy a relaxed evening drink as the light fades over the fields.

Although single storey, it has some internal steps and there is one-way privacy glass in the kitchen/dining room.

Outside, the enclosed lawned garden beckons with its tranquil ambience, offering a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for leisurely outdoor meals and soaking up the serene surroundings. Coombe offers visitors a delightful escape with its picturesque countryside and charming village atmosphere, perfect for exploring the rich heritage and natural beauty of the area.

Lanes, bridleways and footpaths provide perfect walking opportunities, and there is an array of things to see and do in the surrounding area. Situated centrally in Cornwall ensures easy access to both coasts with its numerous beautiful beaches. The Eden Project offers visitors an immersive experience of lush tropical rainforests and Mediterranean landscapes, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan captivates visitors with its botanical gardens, woodland paths and fascinating wildlife.

There are also many National Trust gardens and houses nearby.

Charlestown, with its Georgian architecture and tall ships, the seafaring town of Fowey, and Mevagissey with its working harbour, are all easily reached and well worth the visit.
