The property

This charming annexe to the owner's home, located in the village of Angarrack, near Hayle in Cornwall, has stunning countryside and viaduct views.

Little Valley View provides cosy accommodation for a couple or family of four wanting to explore Cornwall's north coast, just over two miles from the closest beach at St Ives Bay.

The property has a private entrance, not used by the owner, and up a staircase will bring you to the compact but well-equipped kitchen, offering incredible countryside views from the window, as well as high gloss white units, an electric oven, fridge, freezer and a washing machine, along with a folding table and stools, should you wish to grab a bite to eat in here.

The living/dining room has ample seating for all, with two sofas to choose from, and plenty of light from the dual aspect windows, one of which is Velux, while the dining table is the perfect spot to gather together as a family to enjoy meals, play games or make plans for the remainder of your stay.

The property has two bedrooms, a twin with storage space and views of the countryside and viaduct, and a master double with built-in storage, more incredible views and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail and basin with vanity unit for storage, while a second WC down the hall is a useful addition.

Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed front garden with a lawn and a decking area with furniture, perfect for enjoying the sunshine with a glass of fizz or for dining alfresco.

Angarrack is a quaint village, popular all-year-round and best known for incredible Christmas light displays.

There is a traditional Cornish pub, serving food, a short walk away and there is access to the A30 less than a mile away, making much of Cornwall easily accessible.

Head to nearby Hayle for a selection of shops, bakeries, restaurants and fish and chip shops, along with a glorious 3-mile stretch of golden sand, where you can enjoy a host of watersports such as surfing and body boarding, while the Paradise Park and JungleBarn makes for a fun family day out.

St Ives is slightly further afield, with its horseshoe-shaped bay and selection of fantastic beaches, as well as a thriving art scene, with Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden two of the must-visit attractions.

Little Valley View is a well-placed and charming property for a Cornwall coastal holiday.
