“You can't fail to be impressed by the location of this 3 story town house, sat looking out onto the Kingsand bay, nestled in a small village with only 4 pubs between it and the connecting village of Crawsand (5 minute walk), .”

The property itself was clean and well equipped, although starting to look a little tired through obvious past abuse over the years, but waking up to hearing the sea lapping up onto the sands is a wonderful experience, and makes up for any slight failing in the property. The courtyard at the rear of the property is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon, if only for a few hours, its well worth the climb up the steps with a bottle of wine to enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the surroundings. ...

The courtyard at the rear of the property is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon, if only for a few hours, its well worth the climb up the steps with a bottle of wine to enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the surroundings. There are interesting coastal walks in both directions , and a ferry that goes from Crawsand beach to Plymouth marina, for those who want a bit more excitement. We had a great few days away here, and will be back again I'm sure.
