The property had everything we could need and was clean and tidy. The welcome pack was lovely and very welcome. Excellent location for Shops/Buses etc. Parking in road outside was no problem.

The flat is furnished to a very high standard and is very clean. Everything we needed was there and having a private garden was an extra bonus. The owners also seem lovely. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this property.

  • "We had a lovely night stay in the apartment."

It's so clean and comfortable. Just minutes away from the harbour buses and shops Great for us as we had travelled down by train and hadn't any transport. Thank you for all the useful items left in the kitchen and bathroom. It was so nice not to have to rush out to the shops. The garden was perfect so peaceful and relaxing.

Dear Lucile, thank you so much for taking time to leave us such lovely feedback. We’re so happy you enjoyed the flat, the garden and the location. Ley and Yinka Property Owner

  • "The property was clean, comfortable and very stylish."

The only problem was the size of the bedroom which was a bit on the small side. The bed was only accessible from one side which proved difficult for a couple of 70 year olds. We should have realised this as it is shown in the photos but unfortunately we didn't pick up on it before making our booking.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We hope you had a lovely time in our beautiful beach town. Ley and Yinka Property Owner

  • "The apartment was great and the garden a bonus."

We believe a new mattress is warranted as guests will roll together into the middle! Whilst only a short walking distance to town, we felt the general local area was not great and we were concerned having to street-park. On that point, the concrete area at the front could easily be converted into 2 spaces. We recommend this as an upgrade to the property.

Thank you for taking time to leave  your feedback the contents of which have been noted. We have replaced the mattress. Although it is less than a year old, we want to make sure that all our guests enjoy a comfortable sleep in our holiday let. The property listing specifically details that only street parking is available. We would love to provide all our guests with designated off street parking but sadly to date we haven’t been able to acquire access to develop the paved area that you have identified in your feedback.  Property Owner

  • "It would have been helpful if a roll of toilet paper, one or two sachets of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner be made available on arrival."

Just enough until I could purchase some for the remainder of my stay. I had arrived after 9pm in the evening direct from a transatlantic flight and a long, delayed train journey. This is the first time that I have been in a holiday property that has not provided these essentials. It was a lovely property, great location and I would not hesitate to book it again.

Thank you for your feedback, we have taken note of the points you have made. We are delighted you enjoyed the property and its location and that you would not hesitate to come back. We sincerely apologise if items were missing from the bathroom that we would always provide with extras being under the sink. This would have most certainly been an oversight. We have let our changeover staff know. As we are self catering rather than a hotel we don’t automatically supply the same level of toiletries for our guest, who would normally bring their own items. If contacted we would certainly do our best to support guests in whatever way we can. We hope you felt welcomed with our hospitality provisions of Prosecco, Cornish tea, coffee and biscuits and look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Property Owner
