Situated on the outskirts of the delightful seaside town of Bude, lies Sea Salt, an attractive detached bungalow perfect for couples or a small family wanting to enjoy a traditional holiday on the beautiful North Cornwall coast.
On arrival at the property, the spacious sitting and dining room is attractively decorated in seaside colours, and is a relaxing space in which to enjoy listening to music or catching up with a favourite tv show after a day on the beach.
Go through into the kitchen and you are greeted by a modern selection of appliances to assist in the preparation of your meals, that is when you are not indulging in the fabulous choice of eateries in Bude.
There are three well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and two singles, served by a smart bathroom with bath and shower over.
To the outside is a secluded, sunny rear garden, where you and your loved ones can enjoy lunch alfresco with the chance of spotting a range of wildlife in the surrounding fields and trees, including squirrels, wrens, gold finches, blue tits, woodpeckers and pheasants.
The garden also hosts a small pond, covered with netting; small children will need to be supervised here.
If you can pull yourself away from this relaxing base, venture into the centre of Bude, where you can find a wonderful choice of amenities to suit a group of all ages and tastes, as well as surfing at Summerleeze beach, stunning coastal walks along the South West Coastal path and the glorious Crooklets Beach which is just 1 mile from the property.
You could hire a rowing boat or pedalo on the Bude canal or enjoy a walk to the nearby nature reserve.
A short drive south will take you to the spectacular beach at Widemouth Bay, the pretty cove at Crackington Haven, the quintessentially Cornish village of Boscastle and King Arthur’s Castle at Tintagel.
With the whole of the stunning North Cornwall coastline to explore and many tourist attractions nearby, you will have plenty to fill your holiday to-do list, making this bungalow a wonderful base for a Cornish getaway.
