Nestled among a row of five listed Georgian houses and originally built by a sea captain, this mid-terrace abode offers a welcoming blend of characterful charm and contemporary comfort, ideal for relaxation, rest, and play.

Enter the enclosed front patio, with table and chairs for sunny alfresco nibbles and tipples as you watch the boats pootle across the water.

From the entrance porch and hallway with wood flooring, the cheerful living room with a dining space is a lovely spot, featuring superb sofas, a woodburning stove for those cold evenings, and expansive coastal views from the front of the property.

Gather around the dining table, which seats up to six, and plan the days ahead.

The delightful kitchen is well-equipped for the chef of your party, with a bijou table for two, ideal for enjoying a quick breakfast.

There is access to the tiny courtyard at the rear, a good spot for drying the wet suits after a day in the surf.

On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: at the front, there’s a king bedroom, and the second offers a 3’ single bed, suitable for both adults and children.

Both rooms offer an ocean backdrop, creating a lovely vista to wake up to with a morning cuppa.

At the rear is a snug twin bedroom, along with a spacious bathroom; perfect for a lazy soak in the free-standing bath or an invigorating shower in the cubicle.

When the weather permits, make the most of the elevated position of the property and dine alfresco on the front patio, where you can take in the spectacular sea views and the bustling harbour below.

Within paces, Falmouth has so much to offer.

Just a short walk from the doorstep, you can visit Falmouth Art Gallery, to admire the spectacular work, geek out at Micro Space Gallery, or grab some excellent food at The Boathouse pub, serving fresh seafood and a selection of Cornish ales.

The Chintz Bar has fabulous cocktails, and as you wander into town, there’s an abundance of restaurants, cafes and inns serving food for all taste buds.

Uncover four stunning beaches perfect for rock pooling, kayaking, swimming, and surfing.

Among them, Gyllyngvase Beach stands out - offering the perfect spot to unwind on the golden sands before you head over to Gyllyngvase Café.

Sip on refreshing drinks, bask in the fading light of the sunset, and let the rhythm of the waves complete your day.

Enjoy a visit to the Maritime Museum or Pendennis Castle.

Browse the little independent shops and galleries, and stock up on provisions in one of the supermarkets as you head back to your coastal retreat.

A short drive will bring you to the busy town of Redruth, a place steeped in Cornwall's rich mining history.

Explore its captivating historic sites or catch a lively show at the Regal Cinema, Theatre, Bar & Restaurant.

Venture a little further and you will find yourself in the beauty of Carbis Bay and St Ives with plenty of sandy beaches, charming harbours, and the picturesque South West Coast Path beckons your discovery.
