Situated in a very convenient location for the beach at Polzeath in Cornwall, Burwyn is an elevated detached bungalow that sleeps six people in three bedrooms within the buzzy surfing village of Polzeath.
Suitable for families or small groups, the property is sited just a couple of minutes walk away from the wonderful sandy beach and is set within the Valley Caravan Park (a family orientated camp site).
There is pedestrian access via two sets of steps with a linking slope leading up from the off-road parking on the quiet lane at the bottom.
The main entrance comes straight in to the compact adequately appointed and stocked kitchen.
From here, there are doors to a double bedroom, the sitting room; with a lovely toasty multi-fuel stove to snuggle up in front of in cooler weather, dining table, wifi and satelite TV.
From here you can access a further double bedroom and a small hallway leading to a bunk room and the bathroom with a shower over.
Outside, the garden is mainly laid to lawn.
Why not relax outside on the terrace after a busy day with a glass in your hand watching the sun set with something delicious that you have rustled up in the kitchen?
Alternatively, there is plenty of local choice when it comes to dining experiences; The Cracking Crab has a view like no other or perhaps head further afield and try Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Port Isaac; a wonderful fishing village just over six miles distant.
Polzeath is famous for it's surfing beach, so perhaps you might like to book in to one of surf schools and give a lesson a try.
Or maybe you would prefer to have a go at coasteering at Port Quinn, or a sea safari from Rock.
Burwyn is an ideal base for families or small groups to explore the wonderful local area.
