  • "We had a fantastic holiday, a wonderful property so much space for our family of 7."

The garden is wonderful fully enjoyed by our dog. A lot of wildlife rabbits, deer and many different birds visiting the garden. The view down the estuary was a great way to wake up in the morning. We did a lot of walks and kayaked from the slipway by the pub just a short walk. The village pub and store were great and we used them regularly food in Shipwrights Arms was good. We will definitely rebook for another break here loved the area so peaceful and quiet.

  • "Absolutely stunning house and location."

Beautifully furnished and decorated.. couldn’t fault it. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need..from utensils to games. Just a suggestion but the snug could be better used as a games room with pool table and dartboard just for those rainy days and maybe an enclosed garden as couldn’t let the dog off…but obviously not to encumber the fantastic views. Would definitely book again if you’ll have us

  • "A wonderful property in a fabulous location with exquisite views towards the estuary."

The house is well appointed, extensive but also cosy simultaneously. It has a light airy feel but always at a pleasant temperature and the log burner is a lovely addition if the nights are colder. There are plentiful walks nearby and a great pub 5 minutes walk away on the waters edge. All in all we had great relaxing week. ‘

Settle down at the dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar to savour a tasty meal over a bottle of wine, or if the weather is nice, why not take advantage and dine alfresco out on the balcony for dinner with a view?

Choose between the sitting room with crackling woodburning stove and TV or the snug below the house with TV and games to relax in after a day of exploring.

There is also a study with desk space and a selection of books and games, kindly provided by the owner.

When sleep calls, retire to one of four beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with their own en-suite for complete privacy and plenty of storage for your belongings.
