Within walking distance of town and beaches. Wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to being on hill overlooking Newquay and stairs in the property as over 4 levels. We loved our stay.

The property is perfect in every way and there is not one thing that could have been improved to make our stay any better! Perfect location and amazing views! easy stroll in to town and fistral! We looked at other properties in the area to book for next year as there are one or two which were a little cheaper but nothing compared to this one and before we had left (which we didn't want to) we booked again for next year! Carl, the owner, did everything possible including a Cream Tea on arrival, to make it another fantastic stay! Highly recommend!!

  • "This was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed at."

The house is just stunning and the views was so close to the beach and the shops in town are just a quick walk away. Would thoroughly recommend everyone to stay here, the mood board in the kitchen with recommendations of places to eat and local takeaways was a really nice touch. Especially after a long day of travelling. We were all extremely sad to leave and wished we'd booked 2 weeks.

  • "Brilliant property everything provided fabulous views."

Will return. Pity that there is only 1 key and during our stay the door from the rear of the premises to access the basement where the key box kept was not the easiest to open from the street. When 2 families are using the property much more sense to provide a further key.

It made our holiday even more perfect. 3 Quay Court is an exceptional property with amazing views all over Newquay and within easy walking distance of everything, including the town, beaches, pubs and restaurants, the zoo (which was really lovely), the aquarium, the golf course, I could go on. The house itself is just stunning with beautiful furnishings and crisp white linen and towels. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It has a fabulous roof top terrace with barbecue that we didn't use due to the cold weather in February but could just imagine an amazing experience up there in the summer! All in all it was perfect with great communication both with Sykes and direct with the owner and we would love to go again. Thanks to all concerned!

  • "Everything was exactly as described on the website and very homely indeed."

The owners have thought of everything possible to make a very comfortable stay possible. The contact from Carl the owner regarding key collection and directions to the property was excellent. He also offered to be contacted if we were unsure of the area and needed recommendations for any type of amenity. Instructions relating to the electrical items was readily available, along with notes in key areas on how to use items and store after use. The 'rules' were not dictational but very informative and to the point. We had a fantastic week with our family aged 76, 53, 49, 24, 22 and 22 and two dogs). We had enough room so that we all had our own personal space and didn't feel on top of each other. Newquay and the surrounding area provided plenty of entertainment for all the family and we were able to get together at times and eat in the many dog friendly pubs.

The property comfortably slept our party of seven, lots of space, exceptionally comfortable beds, loads of living space, great appliances and the most remarkable view over Newquay that you could ever ask for! Lovely to meet Carl the owner, you can tell that as a family they take huge pride in 3 Quay Court and they genuinely want you to have the best experience, 11 out of 10! A holiday that I will cherish and a property that we will 100% return to in the future.
